Ordered a breakfast item for pick but when I arrived I was told it’s no longer available but another order with the label clearly had my breakfast item and no one was picking it up but I was told that the App made the mistake and they can’t predict when items will sell out.
On a subsequent and last ever visit to this location: I ordered at 8:10 AM a combination of breakfast and lunch items plus hot coffees. The App indicated that my order should be ready at 8:21 AM. I arrived at 8:19 and noticed drinks ready and on the counter and everyone that arrived after me already left with their order so at 8:30 and my order wasn’t completed yet, I asked if the coffees on the counter are part of my order and if I’d drink one of them but I was told no and my order isn’t completed yet and another employee came over and forcefully opened the lid of one of the drinks and spilled it all over the counter and stated it’s still warm and agreed to redo the hot drinks but a third employee at 8:35 AM came out of somewhere and told me that I shouldn’t order a lunch sandwich item this early because it’ll take 20 minutes to prepare but I responded that even based on the App prediction the order should’ve been ready 15 minutes ago and was ordered 25 minutes ago and again my coffee was sitting on the counter and I can’t drink it and it’s getting cold so I asked to cancel the order as I couldn’t trust it’d be done correctly or be sanitary as it was clear the employees didn’t have anything working behind the counter or basic training in processing order or to at least treat people the same way they expect to be treated so I was told the order is canceled and my refund will appear in 24 hours but to make the insult worse they offered me whatever they’re preparing or not my full order for free which I completely refused especially that I wasn’t invited to sip on my own drink which I already paid for after waiting for more than 20 minutes inside and why would they prepare a hot drink more than 20 minutes before other food items are ready and not allow the customer to drink the hot drink which was paid for while...
Read moreI ordered for fast pickup, and although it was ready in time, it was the worst grilled cheese sandwich I've ever seen. It was barely grilled/toasted (more on this later), with almost no color. The cheese was so thin it looked like they they painted it on with a brush - not even the thickness of a normal slice of cheese. I called and the girl, who claimed she was "one of the managers", said I could drive back into Nocatee and they'd make me another one. No thanks. They didn't offer a credit of any sort. She also told me that if I'm looking for grill marks on the sandwich, I'm out of luck, because they no longer grill them, they toast them in the oven, despite continuing to call them GRILLED cheese sandwiches on the menu. Overall I like Panera, and I've had decent experiences at this store in the past, but not today. It was the perfect day for a grilled cheese with tomato soup, but it...
Read moreHave been a Panera customer for many years but this location and visit stood out for a few reasons. As soon as I walked into the door I was interrupted while placing my kiosk order with the threat if I dont wear a mask I would have to leave. My first instinct was to just leave but instead I stayed to have lunch. Ordered a salad, pizza, muffin and drink. The muffin was no where near what the picture showed and a lot smaller. Small plastic Dixie cups provided for the drink in which you were not allowed to refill unless you asked for a new cup. Then the salad came with the smallest amount of dressing in a plastic cup, not even enough for a salad half that size. The pizza was ok however but the price made it not worth the expense. A 16$ total for an unsatisfying experience will ensure that i do not visit Panera again aside from a coffee or bagel in...
