McDonald's speaks for it self when it comes to menu items and the three locations fare well in this area. Of the three locations McDonald's has in Nogales, Mariposa Rd. is my least favorite. McDonald's has another location inside the WalMart Supercenter on Whitepark Dr. and its third, and my favorite, is located 1 block North of the International Border and 1 block West of Grand Avenue. By comparison, the one downtown offers flat panel televisions to enjoy while you eat. There is also a nice patio area outside to relax on a cool day and watch passers by. The McDonald's on Mariposa Dr. rates average for McDonald's standards of service and quality. I have never recieved bad service nor have I recieved my food in a less than timely fashion. This particular McDonald's while performing fine in customer service and quality is inconvenient due to it's location. I prefer the downtown atmosphere rather than the freeway and commercial traffic on Mariposa Dr. The Walmart location is also inconvenient if you do not plan on shopping at Walmart due to parking issues with the store. It is a small location that can become crowded and is really only convenient for patrons of Walmart. The best bet is to take a trip downtown and immerse in the ambience and atmosphere of downtown. The three locations combined get 4 stars with the Downtown Location carrying the other two which would have recieved a 3 for Mariposa and 2 for...
Read moreI have been reading all the reviews for this outlet and found them very interesting because most of them are simply blaming the service. This is so far the busiest outlet I have ever seen till now. The digital app order is very clean and easy. It is only for people who have the McDonald’s app. The last time I went to this place, I had to wait 15 minutes simply to get French fries but then I was observing the whole place and found fries dropped on the floor whereas the staff was running here and there to meet the high quantity orders. Then I understood that sometimes what we see is not just the whole picture, it is something more than that. What we see on the outside is bad staff, bad service, bad food, and bad place but a higher perspective tells us that even they are humans like us and it is very easy to sit down and judge someone working in the kitchen but it is very difficult to keep the mental health and personal problems aside and serve the customers. Just because it is a fast-food chain does not mean they must work like robots, so henever you go to this place, make sure you have enough patience to tolerate all this because if it is not easy for you then it is not easy for them as well. Let us give respect to these hardworking people. That’s it...
Read moreI could rant about how long the wait times are or how 8/10 times your order WILL be wrong but honestly, even those things would be bearable if this McDonald’s had good customer service. Every single time I or someone I know goes through the drive through the ladies working are RUDE, to say the least. They won’t even respond to your questions and simply give you dirty looks if you ask for extra sauce or a straw. They basically throw the food through the window and shut it as quickly as possible to avoid any interaction, and when you sit there waving your hands to get their attention they LITERALLY pretend not to see you. I would actually encourage the owner or manager of this establishment to watch the cameras in the drive through so they can see how nothing Im stating here is an exaggeration. They truly have “Im better than you” attitudes. It’s HORRIBLE customer service. I would also encourage everyone to call them out on this behavior or ask for a manager when this happens, after enough complaints they are bound to do...
