This place is clean, by that I mean the tables, bottles of condiments are clean, not sticky, floor tiles are clean, Health Department rated A. Been coming here often in the past two weeks, I can have Pho every day. The rice noodles have the right consistency, the broth is superb. The meat choice is Filet Mignon, not the rare steak which is too chewy for me. The beef meatballs are also a good choice. I highly recommend this place.

I ordered the #8 beef soup with rice noodles which came with slices of steak, lean brisket and fatty brisket. I am sick so I wanted a very tasty broth and this did not disappoint. It was delicious! Many of the other Pho restaurants I've been too Ive always felt I really needed to add the Hoisin sauce, chili oil, mint, ect...not just to customize my broth but to improve it. However this one was perfect from the beginning. It was really tasty and satisfying. When I added the Hoisin, chili oil and other toppings it just made it better. Price wise they are very affordable. Pho Rex has a nice clean storefront. It's not particularly big, but it's adequate. The parking lot is a mess though, and it's hard to get in and out of spots. Of course that's not the restaurant's fault, but it's a reality. The food was okay. The noodles in my pho were all stuck in a clump in the bottom of the bowl.
