I would give this place zero stars if it allowed me to.... I pulled into the drive through at 9:30pm on 2/1/18... My bf had knee surgery a couple days prior so he was in a straight leg brace in the backseat. He wanted a BNLS Wings and Things. I ask the cashier for a boneless wings and things and she responds with "We are currently out of boneless wings......due to closing." They close at 10PM. In my experience, it doesnt take 30 minutes to cook boneless wings but my bf is not a picky eater so instead of raising a fuss, he orders something else; a Big Zax Snack with an extra HHM sauce. I then order my salad. I understand that it is kind of "complicated" so I speak slowly and deliberately and confirm everything with the cashier. I asked for a Blackened Bleu Zalad with no fried onions, bleu cheese crumbles on the side and the blackened chicken tossed in HHM. I pull to the window and pay for my order. They ask me to pull to the handicapped parking because my food was going to take a minute. No problem... As I am waiting the 10+ minutes for my food, Im reviewing my receipt and I can already tell that my salad is going to be incorrect. The cashier brings me the bag of food and, sure enough, the salad is completely wrong. I politely tell her what the salad should be and she says okay and takes it back. Another 10 minutes pass. My bf is now done eating his meal in the back seat ( no extra HHM mind you) and so at this point it is nearly 9:55PM and they are about to close. I go inside to order my bf a drink and remind them about my salad. The woman rings me up for a drink and i tell her AGAIN what the salad is that im waiting on..... another 7-8 minutes pass and the woman turns to me and asks if I am waiting on fries.... I lost it. I just asked for my money back if the salad is not ready. The woman insists she will go back there and make it herself right this second. She exits cashier alley and disappears into the kitchen. Less than a minute later, she returns...... with..... YET AGAIN.... the WRONG salad. At this point, I take the salad and just go home unhappy. Moral of the story: they will mess your entire meal up and not even give you so much as an "Im sorry".

Read moreDefinitely not the experience I was expecting coming from this location waited in line for the young lady to take our order curbside she went back inside and came out and told us to go to the speaker place our order finally received it and noticed that we were missing some food didn't pull completely out of drive-thru pulled around to the side door and called after being passed the phone to two different people I was told to get back and drive through which was a long line wrapped around the building and get my food that was missing instead of someone just taking the time out and bringing my food that I was missing they wanted me to sit an extra 20 to 30 minutes decided to call back and explain to them that I was leaving and was not waiting anymore no one picked up the phone and by the time I got home I received a call back from the manager named diamond who I should have talked to in the beginning and should have had sense enough to know send the food out through the side door so the customer wouldn't have to wait but no she didn't not do that she proceeded to tell me that if I wanted to I could get a replacement meal the next day which definitely did not make any sense but need to say when I went to continue to open up my meal I had no dressing for my salad the wings wasn't even tossed in sauce the fries were cold and the chicken fingers looked like they had been re-cooked way to go Zaxby's you're worse than the Popeyes up the street that close at 8:00 that never have anything...
Read moreI went to Zaxbys at 9:52 pm an ordered a Finger Family Pack. When I went to the register I advised them that I wanted to pay half cash half card. Total order was 29.11. I gave the teenager at the register 2 10 dollar bills and my card and advised the girl to pay 15.00 on my card and the rest in cash. She came back and said the card declined I asked her if she paid the 15.00 on the card first she said she needed to process the cash first. I said ok. All of sudden the manager came and said I only gave the person 10 dollars and not 20 and that she fixed it and added her own 10. I advised her nothing needed to be fixed because I gave her 20 dollars 2 10. Diamond who says she is the manager proceed to tell me no I didn’t. I said I only had 30 dollars cash and there is only 10 in my wallet. You need to ask the girl where the other 10 was because it was folded. Then she said she was not going to give me my food because I was mad about the girl lying. And proceeded to call the cops. I advised her she needs to check her tapes because clearly she is lying. I will be going back up in the morning to speak with a manager and to get what was charged on my card because they still charged my card 9.77 when I didn’t get any food. I feel so disrespected and then the girl at the register proceeded to put her hands up by her ears and stick out her tongue.
