I've had several issues at least the last three times I've visited this Arby's in the last month. Whether that being an order prepared completely wrong or things as simple as missing napkins and condiments. I've been patient, avoiding a review until now; today was terrible. While driving up to the location I noticed an individual posted near the speaking box seemingly looking to avoid the drizzling rain. Once I approached I was greeted by the rep but politely interrupted by the customer waiting that explained he had been waiting 15 minutes to order after being redirected from the door to place an order from the drive-thru. After he repeated himself at least twice I asserted myself to provide a bit of clarity, ultimately allowing him to order his food first. Both orders were placed chronologically, however, more confusion at the window. The orders were mixed up somehow causing (what seemed to be) the manager to step in. While we stood by watching the staff fumbling, looking to figure things out I offered to pay for the both transactions due to their inconveniencing this gentlemen in from out of town for business, looking to pick up food for his spouse. He made it clear that his wife was the only reason why he was willing to wait so long. The customer who'd already been waiting for 20-25 mins was then directed back to the door that he was initially turned way from... only to wait again. I waited for another 5 minutes and gladly pulled off once I got my order in-hand... only to spin back around for condiments... Again. I circle the building to a packed drive-thru that only led me to the door the aforementioned customer stood at. Waited another 10 minutes conversing with him about the situation before he offered to walk over to the window and ask for the Arby's sauce I anticipated asking the rep who'd be delivering his food for. It was just a horrible experience; and unorganized would be an understatement. There's clearly a few problems at this Arby's and they need some immediate attention. Read moreGoodmorning. I purchased food from this Arby's yesterday. Unfortunately this had to be one of the most miserable experiences that I have ever had.
It tookat least 45 minutes to get my food. As with most establishments of this type the shake machine was down. The dining room is still closed even though most fast food restaurants have now opened their dining rooms. I was short changed one order of curly fries. When I called the restaurant to letthem know no one would pick up the phone. Of course if the dining room would have been open I could have walked in and asked for my order of fries. So I had no choice but to get back in line. Unfortunately I had to leave after waiting an additional 20 minutes of course without my curly fries. When I got home I realized that my curly fries were cold. Which of course was a nice finishing touch to a completely miserable experience. If Arby's is trying to go bankrupt then this store is definitely going to go a long way to helping you meet that goal.
The remedy in this case is to shut this store down and reset it especially since this particular location has had these problems for a very long time.

Read moreGuy in front of me sat waiting in the drive though for 15 - 20 min just to order and they never took his order he had to drive to the window. had to wait for them to make his order before they even got to mine. cashier said it didn't register even though he ran over the drive through sensor multiple times. Called the phone multiple times and it was busy. screen doesn't work on the drive-thru lady in drive thru to ask me to repeat my order more than once possible microphone or speaker broke it seemed like the cashier could not understand half of what I was saying. in total the whole experience took 35 minutes in the drive thru. They closed the inside of the restaurant before it was even 10:00 pm. cashier wasn't wearing a name tag so I could not see her name. had to ask for my second drink because it was not given to me. asked for a variety of sauces and got marinara and Arby's sauce and spicy three pepper and only 1 or two of each.
