Majority of the burger kings customer service has really went down and this locations is always the worse! I placed an online order, because when I order in person, my food is never right. Today, I drove to speaker to let them know I was picking up my order. They said they don't have an order for that name, I give them the order number. They say oh, you need to come inside. I said okay. Mind you, I have never had to come in for any order in the past. I go inside, they hand me my food. I noticed that I only had 6 sandwiches when I order 8. I go back to the counter. With an attitude, what is wrong with you? I told them I'm missing something because I don't have 8 sandwiches. They all yell, sir what are you missing, i told them let me look. I had sandwiches that I didn't ask for and missing 2 additional. Told them what it supposed to be. They said that's not on them, they ordered what came to their system. I showed them what I ordered since I still had it pulled up. They said that's not what they see. Frustrated, I just told them give me my money back. They said we don't do refunds. I was like what? They said we fix it for you this time. Like it was my fault. I ordered correctly and they wasn't trying to listen to me, nor see what I really ordered. Then had a really nasty attitude. I just took what they gave me so I could get out of there. My food still isn't right, but that's okay, I will never be back. That is also why I'm writing this review. I placed a mobile order ten minutes before I arrived. There were about five cars in front of me in the line, but it still took about half an hour to get my order.
After waited at the pickup window for a few minutes, I was told I needed to pull forward to wait some more.
I was thinking they had just had the order ready for the person behind me, so I went ahead and pulled forward. Then I watched as the three cars behind me got their orders while I waited another 5 minutes.
While I was sitting there, I heard a large amount of laughing coming from inside the store. I also saw several people being let in and out of the store even though it the lobby was closed and locked. They were wearing normal clothes and didn't seem to be working.
When I finally got my order, everything was cold and the burgers were missing their cheese.
I hope the franchise owners realize how much money these people are costing them. Between customers driving off, customers never returning, and employees getting paid to sit around and do nothing, this location is probably making half of what it could.
Even if the owner had to fire everyone and shut down for a month, they would probably lose out on less money then they would by keeping these parasitic...

I waited in line for approximately five minutes before I had mentioned that I ordered from the app. I gave my order number to the cashier which was the manager. Her response was I don't see your order when did you order. I told her I had just pressed the button letting the system know I was here. I was in big rush mind you. The way she spoke was real rude and aggressive. I also had asked if I could substitute the french fries for onion rings. Her response was why didn't you do it on the app. The app didn't give me the option that's why I made sure I would be at the establishment before my order had gone through so I could make that special request. I return to my hotel room and my order (chicken fries) were cold, dried out and not presentable to even eat.
