The manager Miss Audrey Is a Very unprofessional African-American woman abusive characteristics even threatened to call social services on me to my 13 year old daughter while I wasn’t home traumatizing her Even threatened to leave my disabled child at home if I didn’t hurry up back home and kept harassing me calling me almost 20 times back to back and almost caused me to get into a car accident I’m in the process now of filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and also finding out what my options are with legal counsel I even informed the owner Travis he did nothing and even tried to make me seem as If I were lying I told him I have cameras in my home that picked up what she said to my child he said there would be an investigation and clearly there wasn’t I have received no call back or anything not even an apology from the woman that did all of this ..with that being said if you love your love ones stay clear of this company no matter how bad you...

This company is not professional at all!!! They are very rude with nasty attitudes on the phone and in person. We had one aid show up who was never on time and just sat on her phone the whole time she was here another aid who came in yelling on her phone on a call didn’t introduce herself at all wasn’t even dressed like she was here to help very uncomfortable then they sent a new aid who claims my dog “attacked her” but did not my dog greeted her at the door never growled nor bit at her she was sitting there wagging her tail. This company knew we owned animals and has seen them before knowing they are beyond friendly. This company as a whole is very unprofessional in every way possible and made my mother as well as my life hole household very uncomfortable and very unhappy.
