The staff consistently delivers on the brand's promise of friendly and remarkably efficient service, keeping the typically long drive-thru line moving at an impressive pace. On my recent visit, the employees were as pleasant as ever, and my order was taken and delivered with a smile. The food, as expected, was top-notch. My classic chicken sandwich was hot, crispy, and delicious, and the waffle fries were perfectly seasoned and fresh. It’s this consistency that makes it so easy to return time and again. The reason for docking one star is a minor but recurring issue with order accuracy. On this particular visit, a requested sauce was missing from the bag. While not a deal-breaker, it's a small detail that can be a slight inconvenience after you've already driven away. This has happened on a couple of other occasions as well. Overall, this Chick-fil-A is a solid choice for a quick and satisfying meal in Norfolk. The stellar service and reliable food quality far outweigh any minor inconsistencies. I'll certainly be back, but I'll be sure to double-check my bag for sauces...

Definitely need to clean house with these workers. I came in at 10:10 and they shut down all the options to get food/customize your food because they wanted to start closing down. The two workers at the front are saying how they’re getting mad because people are trying to order lettuce on their sandwiches. No options to order any food or sauce. They disable all the popular items to entice people to not order so they can close down early. Came for a cobb salad out of stock, then when I go to get my southwest salad from the counter she informs me that theyre out of forks??? Ok cool no biggie then when I ask for an extra avocado ranch she’s like “okay” and as she goes to the back she lets out the loud groan “OH MY GODDDDD.” like girl sorry you have to do the job you signed up for?? If you feel like being on time to wherever you’re going, don’t go here. There were three people waiting when I got there, and instead of trying to push food out that paying customers actually ordered they were joking and bickering between the kitchen staff and the front end staff, and one of the cashiers at the front when one of her friends came in Her friend asked if she could have an “extra” biscuit and proceeded to give her a then free sausage biscuit.
