Fujian — Restaurant in Norfolk

I used to order from here ALL THE TIME until I called one day to ask about the combo specials and for it to be explained a little better. A woman answered and said hello yes. I said is this Chinese food? She says yes what do you want? I thought that was rude but over looked that because I was hungry. So I asked her to explain the menu specials, because I had the menu in front of me, and she got frustrated. She put the phone down and came back asking again what do you want? I was upset. I said well I need more info about your menu so I can tell you and she said well call me back when you know what you want. And actually hung up on me. I was appalled. So I called back and she answered the same as before. I said yes I just called, and she says I know who you are what you want?! I still made my order nonetheless and she got my order right and wrong. A simple chicken and white rice was turned into a chicken with fried rice and my daughter hates fried rice and that was her meal I had purchased for her. I actually was going to go to the restaurant and see who she was because her attitude SUCKED so bad If I want food I hesitate and deliberate for hours with my husband before we order. The guys are nice but the women there suck. They lack customer service skills. She shouldn't answer their phones AT ALL. THEY WILL LOSE BUSINESS BEHIND HER RUDE TAIL !! the food is pretty good for the most part though. But who wants to go thru ignorance to eat??!! Word of advice for them:...

Terrible Customer Service !!!! . The Women who takes orders over the phone was very rude . I wanted to place a order for the daily lunch special the women refuse to take my order before 3pm I called at 2:59 pm she was Yelling at me NO ! NO! NO! It Advertised 11:00am to 3pm I was going by my Cox TV Clock and cell phone satellite always the right time.. I will take my business elsewhere and I will tell 10 other ppl about this business and there bad customer service and rudeness. False Advertisement contacting BBB ASAP! There are way to many Chinese Restaurants that will treat you with respect . Hopefully the owner will read all reviews and realize that the women does not need to work on the phones or in customer service they need to replace her because they are going to lose a lot of business. Food is ok but it not worth having someone yell at you when your paying money...

Please do not order from this place!!! Food, questionable! I used to always order something with shrimp just to be on safe side and no broccoli with white rice not fried rice. Well the first time they they messed my order up, I'm understanding so I gave them another chance , the lady on the phone was mad at me because she got my order wrong I kindly tried to explain to her that my fiancee and I order from there all the time and it's almost the same thing but my fiancee knows how to order my food I hear her while she's ordering it so I know and she tells me I need to learn how to place order and hangs up..Hold on food here, they just messed​ my order up again. No like literally just now as I'm writing this the correct food was being redelivered. But I open the bag and it's a complete different meal.. yeah the shrimp there but szchuan shrimp I ordered shrimp​ w/garlic sauce....
