So my wife and I booked this place honestly because of the rates and read the amenities list and thought it would be good due to us visiting our son who lives close to the location and once we booked it it gave us the price due upon arrival what it didn't mention was a $100 deposit that after check out will be refunded 7 to 10 business days due to them checking the room for damages which we probably won't get back however we took photos of the room and the already damages to the room along with lamps with blowed bulbs hair left in the bathroom and only one towel and one wash cloth each no hand towels if it hadn't been for the simple fact of the money we spent on this place we would have left immediately and found another hotel to stay at but was afraid they wouldn't give us a refund and the $100 deposit that they don't tell you about until you arrive they're were people sitting by the lobby doors drinking beer and smoking weed every night way up in to the morning hours and honestly the Police should patrol through the parking lot during the night hours and...the pictures they have on all of the websites like hotel.com ect....must have been taken sometime ago because this place is nothing like the pictures show. We checked out way early and went to the office to turn our key cards in and we were in the lobby for over 30 minutes and the attendant was no where to be found while we were waiting a lady came in after midnight and apparently the attendant was in the back room asleep and didn't acknowledge us he went straight to helping the lady as if we weren't even there...this place is terrible and if I was the owner I think I would pay closer attention to what's going on at this place. We will never make the mistake again of even looking at staying at this place and I would highly recommend the owner of this property to pay close attention to what is going on at this property. We ask for a coffee maker for our room and we were told that they were on back order as well as a toaster oven and the attendant actually told us that people had stole them and no pots or pans in the room and the microwave oven was absolutely disgusting and most places will actually charge folks that steal from them and charge whatever cost the items were to replace them and actually Walmart which is right down the street from the location of this extended stay. Don't waste your money here because I can guarantee you that you will be very disappointed and honestly it's more like an apartment complex instead of a extended stay hotel and apparently they don't care about the condition of this place not sure if the owner or owners are aware of all of this but...
Read moreThe hotel was not clean at all! When we got there we noticed how dirty and stained the carpet in the hallway and stairs was not to mention the smell covered by air freshener. When we got in the room, the room smelled as well. The sofa was horrific, something that you would not even sit on. There were three televisions in the room, none of which had a remote control. There was a remote for one but the batteries were dead. We had to ask housekeeping to bring us remotes. There were no towels in the bathrooms. We had to wait for housekeeping to bring us towels because they said they were all being washed and they were in the dryer and they would bring us them. There were roaches, I lost count after counting 16. I called Priceline to get a refund and change hotels. I was told that they couldn't guarantee that I could get my money back and they would have to speak with the hotel management and to change hotels at this point it would cost me at minimum twice as much. I went out and came back about 11:00 PM and went to take a shower and saw there was no shower curtain in the bathroom. I had to walk outside to the other building to get a shower curtain and I was handed one and had to fend for myself to put up the shower curtain. I called Priceline again to move hotels but it was very late and the message stated I would get a call back in about 1 1/2 hours. I got a call back from Priceline at 12:32 AM but I was asleep. I sleep with my personal throw blanket over the pillows because I refused to put my face on the pillows. Also, there was no ironing board and iron in the room. The concept of the 2 bedroom suite was a great idea but couldn't get past the lack of cleanliness. This was my worst experience in a hotel ever and I didn't find Priceline to be...
Read moreFirst, I would like to start with the staff. Ebony (100% sorry if I spelt that wrong) was beyond great. She always has a smile, always is welcoming and understands and does her best to help out. I really couldn’t be more thankful for someone like her attending my stay. All the other staff are great, and whenever action is needed they are quick and responsive! Our room has been so home - friendly , I feel welcomed like I would in my house. Traveling can be tough, but here they handle you with care and love. The cleaning crew always checks if you want your room cleaned about once a week they’ll ask — as it’s up to us guests if we want our rooms cleaned or not. I prefer to just clean my own room until check out. The breakfast is great, and the coffee is always fresh. Plenty of things around and close by — having a wawa across the stress is a life saver at times lol. Our time here has been amazing, and we’re still staying here until next month. If you want to stay somewhere that feels like home, has friendly staff and is local to a lot of stores and a wawa across the street for late night snacks or a forgotten grocery item, this place is going to be your friend. I appreciate all the staff again, and if I ever need to come back to a hotel in this area I would choose this one 100 times again. Oh boy and if you have an animal they make them feel just as welcomed and loved. With extra rubs and awes you get a lot of great customer service from the staff.
In my opinion the people leaving bad reviews are just people who want another “free night” lol. Nothing is wrong with this hotel — it’s just like home almost. It’s what YOU make out of it. Staffs great, foods great and...
