Stoped at Bk on Newtown in va beach today ordered a king meal? 2 cheeseburgers fries and a drink (under 5 dollars) the cashier was unaware it existed and apathetic it took the manager to place the order he showed her on the remedial cash register where the button was I gave her a five and change so I would get back a dollar the manager had to come back to override and open the cash drawer after I reminded her I had a dollar due me customer service has deteriorated at all fast foods in the 20 years I ( more rarely now) that I have been patronizing them.hi welcome to burger king may I take your order has disappeared to day a you know what to do stupid stare is the norm. I blame that on management. they don't teach it I run a customer service business that is a bit more expensive than fast food all my guys are trained to mam and sir listen more than they talk above all understand the customer is always right and pay their salaries if on the rare occasion they are not right they do not tell the customer they tell me and I tell the customer they are right but they may not have all the information or we are very sorry we failed to educate them correctly or that the manufacturer or shipper failed and we will correct it at no cost as quickly as humanly possible and make any temporary fix's no matter how much time or money we have to expend . You can slaughter a sheep once or u can share it many times good customer relations and repeat business equals long term success it's not...

I went to burger king with the soul purpose of trying the new fried pickle ranch whopper, this was the second location I drove to tonight because the first one was currently sold out of fried pickles. So of course I was excited that the newtown location had fried pickles! I made it home just to unwrap both the “fried pickles ranch whoppers” I ordered and they have NO fried pickles it overall just feels skimpy the bacon is too soft and chewy and it was nothing more than an extreme disappointment. I made no modifications to the order, fried pickles is in the title of the burger, feels like a laziness not a mistake. We also did not get any sauces, straws, or a receipt. And last time I came to this location they let me put my order, pulled up to the window they immediately handed me my drinks (which were a size too small) and as they’re handing them to me they tell me they’re only accepting cash, told me to “go use the ATM at 7/11 or something and come back for the rest of the food”. Why would they not lead with “before you place you’re order id like to let you know we’re only accepting cash right now” don’t...

In my opinion the worst place I've been to. first off it took almost 30 minutes to get my order then they messed up the order and then they want to argue and have an attitude because they got the order wrong when I asked for the big boss they refused to give me the big boss so I'll admit I put a corporate complaint in. I refuse to come back here nor my wife refuse to come back here. I will not recommend this to anyone and if I can give zero stars or negative star I will. They're also advertising ice cream and shakes on the big billboard screen in front of the counter but the cashier said we have no ice cream products whatsoever. They also charge one guy $47 for two Whoppers. Wow just wow. Buyer beware. The cook said to the cashier not to take any more orders till he was ready. The lobby was pretty dirty and not sanitary.
