FIRST OF, LET ME START BY SAYING, I GO TO JUICE BARS OFTEN AND AM ALWAYS PLEASED WITH SERVICE AND OVERALL EXPERIENCE..I NOTICED THIS JUICE BAR BESIDE THE GYM & I DECIDED TO GIVE THEM A TRY. THE ASSOCIATE WHO TOOK MY ORDER DID NOT SEEM TOO KNOWLEDGEABLE. I ASKED HIM WHAT THE MOST POPULAR JUICES WERE, BEING THAT IT WAS MY FIRST TIME DOING BUSINESS THERE. HE WAS RELUCTANT TO ANSWER SO I ORDERED COMBINATION I ALWAYS ORDER WHEN I'VE VISITED OTHER JUICE BARS. HE THEN PROCEEDS TO RANDOMLY POUR MIXTURE WITH NO MEASUREMENTS. I THEN BECAME SKEPTICAL. EVERY OTHER BAR I'VE BEEN TO, MEASURES EACH INGREDIENT TO ENSURE RECIPE WAS PROPER. NONETHELESS, I STILL GAVE THIS DRINK A TRY...DISGUSTING!..GINGER OVERPOWERED THE WHOLE DRINK AND WAS NOT PLEASANT. THE MANAGER / OWNER PROCEEDED TO REMIX THE DRINK WITH BEETS TO BALANCE FLAVOR. I CLEARLY SAID I DID NOT LIKE BEETS, BUT SHE MIXED THEM INTO THE JUICE ANYWAYS. I WAS NOT TRYING TO BE DIFFICULT SO I GAVE THAT DRINK A CHANCE. STILL NOT GOOD TASTING AT ALL. SHE THEN RUDELY SAYS "WELL, I'M NOT FIXING YOU ANOTHER ONE" AND ACTED AS IF I WAS ANNOYING HER. IT WAS A VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE AND I HAD HIGH HOPES FOR THIS PLACE, BUT DID NOT FEEL VALUED AS A CUSTOMER AND STAFF WAS NOT AS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT JUICE BLENDS AS I HOPED....

I’m not sure if it was just my experience because I’ve seen many other customers have great experiences but if I could leave no stars I wouldn’t recommend this business. My husband and I were interested in doing a detox together this weekend . I called on Friday evening to ask all of the needed questions, I called the next morning Saturday to place my order at 9am and spoke to both of the owners and was excited to start . The owner informed me that my order would be completed by 1pm. Since I had plans already in place I confirmed that I would be in the area around that time or a little after . I arrived to the shop and 330pm and for some odd reason my order wasn’t ready and I was told to wait another hour. Since I had other personal obligations I had to go tend to my children to return to pick up my detox at 7pm and was basically rushed by the young lady that was working. I asked was there a certain arrangement as I noticed some pictures from social media had numbers at the top of the jugs and the young lady basically shooed me away. It was just unprofessional and I don’t recommend the business because of this situation. I really didn’t like how I was treated as a customer. Money is spent now, so I will make the best of it . I just hope this doesn’t happen to...

I've been to this establishment 4 times, and each time my order has not been good. On my last visit, I waited curbside for 10 minutes before parking and trying to go inside because no one came out. When trying to enter, I was told they were doing curbside orders only. I placed my order for an orange, mango, pineapple, and ginger SMOOTHIE, anf recieved what tasted like a ginger drink. My smoothies was a pale yellow, which was confusing because the orange and mango should have definitely changed the color. I asked the young man, who looked to be a young man about 16 years old what was in the smoothie, because he didn't write my ingredients down, and he named the ingredients I asked for. Now, I make smoothies everyday at home, so I'm sure this smoothie was missing some stuff, but I just let it go. I highly recommend this place to incorporate professionalism and customer service training. As far now, I will not be returning to this establishment, unless they make...
