I spent almost $70 on food. At the window we shared were missing a burger fry and a drink the guy (slow very slow) says go to the front he will come talk to me. He never comes out. A guy comes to bring me food that isn’t mine. I tell him what I’m missing he says ok. Another guy comes out five minutes later. He asks what I’m missing. I tell him again, we wait another ten mins. Not to mention I have a screaming two years old after getting three shots. The drive they guy comes out and says (new person) what are you missing? I tell him he says come around to the window. THIS the same guy who asked me to go to the front door! He makes the drink that is missing. The burger is given to me. He says my manager said she already gave you the large fry. Never received it and SHE never came to assist us! So I ask to speak to her. Ms Pam or Paula one of the two idk. Her attitude is so out of this world I can’t even talk to her because I know I’m gonna be ugly back. My husband talks to her and she says I already gave you a large fry. We’ve been waiting now 25 minutes there’s no way I’m asking for and waiting with a sick kid crying over something I DIDNT Pay FOR! She says I’ll give you a small One but not a large. At this point I’m beyond upset. The four slushees we got were watered down! All our food is now cold!! I will never come back to this location! First time I ever received horrible service at a rally’s! I’m truly...
Read moreThe food is awesome! Oh my goodness, I never thought I would enjoy a fast food place this much, but Rally's has it going on. Especially when you eat the food fresh right after it's made. I went back like, two more times that week.
BUT - the only downside was the service. It leaves a lot to be desired. And I mean, A LOT. The first time we went, the cashier at the drive-thru was rushing us a little bit. The second time, the DT cashier of that day not only had an attitude, she decided to alter our order without us knowing it or asking for it. (We asked for extra loaded fries in addition to our combo meals [as in, we get the burgers and the fries, and then loaded fries on top of that] and she took it upon herself to just get rid of our combo fries, without us asking for that. So, we had to go back through the drive-thru (because the restaurant itself isn't open for dine-in) and wait so we could correct the order. That cashier wasn't too pleased to see us again, and she made sure we knew it when she shoved the bag into my husband's hand and closed the window without saying anything.
If you do go, especially on a weekend, just be prepared for some spicy attitudes. That's the only reason why I didn't give...
Read moreThis Rally's is new and really clean. Of course they haven't used their inside and the GM doesn't feel the need to do so anytime soon. I interviewed for a manager's position and felt like the GM was fragile. What made the whole experience a disgrace is when he felt that ANY employee he hires must be trained on what a broom is, he has no faith in anybody he hires. I swear to God he told me that this generation is hopeless. Needless to say, we both could see that we were not meant for each other. I pray for his employees, I know they are smarter than what he makes them out to be. The GM also told me that his staff and any potential employee should be treated as though we walk on egg shells. I feel that people are engaged when proper management is present and knowledgeable. If you can respect your employees while upholding best practices and standards, not only will your team be great, but any addition to the team will thrive. My definition of a great team and the GM's are completely different. I do hope the current general manager will thrive, because it is unfortunate that his...
