I’ve been coming to this Starbucks since January of this year and it upsets me to have to write this but please do not go here. For one, they are incredibly slow. You will be waiting in the Drive-Thru for more than 20 minutes. Two, my drinks are never made consistently and half the time my food is cold by the time I get it.
Today was the final time I will ever spend money at this Starbucks again. I sent in my usual order through the mobile app and did my usual quick, 5 minute drive to the location. After walking inside to get my items, I saw that my food item (banana bread) was ready on the counter. So I walk over and check the name to make sure it was mine. I reached into the paper bag and grabbed a piece of what I thought was banana bread and started to eat it only to find out that it was their pumpkin loaf. Now normally this wouldn’t upset me because I am a fan of pumpkin anything but I am allergic to pistachios and this entire piece of pumpkin bread had the crust covered in them. I quickly spat the piece out before I had a reaction and kindly told one of the barista’s that my order was wrong which she did replace for me no questions asked.
This mistake could have turned out much worse if I hadn’t noticed and because of someone’s carelessness I could have gotten seriously ill. Starbucks I hope for other people’s sake you start paying more attention as I would hate for someone else to...

Worst service ever received placed my order inside and along came other guests after me (emphasis on after) ordered three drinks which were made pretty fast but why should I have to wait 20mins for food items you do not freshly prepare you just thro in the microwave while someone else with a food item receives the order on time (by that I mean before mine ) and I’m still waiting and I’m not complaining because they did this for one guest no they did it for multiple guests leaving me still waiting they kept saying it’s being made now and by this point I don’t even want it! It’s one thing I don’t like and that’s bad service and this place has it asked for a refund the girl did not want give me a refund on my order and also I didn’t even recognize a receipt with a order number her name or transaction number or anything Like the most unprofessional experience and it’s not even that serious it’s the principle of it all I used to work in servic so I def know what it’s like but when lines are crossed as if you don’t care that’s when I get upset and yea I know it’s just a job that’s not the point it’s a choice you chose to work where you work for whatever reason and I didn’t deserve the service me and my family received (PERIOD) I will continue until I feel they actually did...
Read moreIf I could give no stars I would. My visit earlier this week was more than pleasant compared to today. The one blonde with a long ponytail was sharp and nasty. I came in to order the same pumpkin cream cheese muffin and a pumpkin spice latte. 'We don't have that! Haven't for awhile.' I stated I ordered it Thursday. Does it depend on the shipment you receive? 'Well you must have gotten the last one.' She didn't ask anyone about it or anything. I then order the late with just a half shot. 'There isn't a button for it. I don't know that we can do that.' Again I stated I ordered it that way last time with no issues. Can you tell them then? 'That's what I did! Cold or hot?' I didn't understand and have her repeat it. Then said hot. Not once did she let them know take my name for the order, and continued to help the guy behind me with their order as pleasant and polite. She asked about a vegan something that he requested to make sure she was correct and took his name for his order.. why was I treated so poorly?
