UPDATE EDITED REVIEW - We always go on Wednesdays for the 1/2 off price bone-in wing special, and this most recent visit was terrific as usual. The place was swamped, and the team did another outstanding job of keeping it all running smoothly. The manager Carmen must live there, as she keeps that place humming along. We had Octavia on Wednesday to help with our selections, and Hanna on Thursday to walk us through the choices. We came back on Thursday to try the boneless wing special (first time), and it was even better than the bone-in deal. We were able to sample more of the awesome Dirty Buffalo wings since they offer a refill as soon as you're almost started on your first batch of wings. You can choose the same flavors or try something different on the second batch. I tried the Garlic Parmesan boneless wings, and they were superb! Juicy and full of flavor. Normally, the Garlic Parmesan bone-in wings are dry and tough, no matter where you order them. I was finally able to experience the full flavor of that particular seasoning in a chicken wing. What joy! They have customer WiFi, baby changing stations in the men's room and the ladies room, no drive through, no fireplace, kids birthday parties are always welcome, a bar is there that serves it all while you enjoy your meal at the bar, a table, or a hightop table, and yes service animals are allowed. ORIGINAL REVIEW- Bathroom pictures? Why? Because you can tell a lot about a place just by looking in the restrooms. The bathrooms have always been in great shape, the paper towel dispensers are always operational, and the soaps and TP are never an issue. The wings are fantastic along with the atmosphere. Plenty of TV's all around, so when you're finished playing on your phone, you can catch sports or news. We were checked up several times by the manager Carmen. She is a hands-on manager who doesn't hide in an office. She was actively engaging with all of the customers, and she was pointing out the repeat customers and knew their likes and routine. That is what makes a difference between Dirty Buffalo and some other wing place, where they just bring your order and then the check. Making certain everything is OK goes a long way in the restaurant business, especially when it is a manager doing the checking. I can say the bathroom is cleaner and more functional than the ones at Disney, and they have an on-site attendant. I generally get the 1/2 off on Wednesday wings, but this time, I went with the Big Time Burger. It came with a decent portion of delicious fries, and the burger was great. Wrong time? Wrong day?

I and my wife went the place at 8:00 on Monday (December 4th 2023). They were not busy.

I ordered a glass of beer and wings and my wife order Dirty Chick... The waitress did not know much about sauces, saying "I am not sure I've never tried it"... Well, she was not trained, I thought.

I ordered 10 wings with "Sweet Jamaican" dry rub because I like Jamaican Jerk flavor. Beer came soon but we waited for almost 30 minute to get food. OMG!!! Wait WINGS for half hour at Dirty Buffalo WINGS RESTAURANT.

The waitress did not came to our table at all. One time, I saw her walked out restaurant holding vaper and iPhone.

Finally, food came. My wife's food was not hot. And my wings were almost plain fried wings... So bland.

I explained the waitress about my hot wings and I asked bring me BBQ or dipping sauce because my DIRTY BUFFALO'S SWEET JAMICAN is soooo plain.

After 7 MINUTES LATER, she brought me a small container of BBQ sauce, but we did not want to stay there anymore. I asked her check.

AT MY BIG SURPRISE, they charge me 99 cents for the BBQ sauce. I did not use the sauce so I asked her to remove the charge of 99 cent BBQ sauce!

The food is delicious. I’ve particularly taken a liking to the cajun mac and cheese, and consider it a nice lunch option. I’ve also had their wings in the past and have never had a problem with them.

A star was removed because despite their signage and menus stating they do not charge a fee for debit cards, they have been charging. The receipt does indicate it’s a debit card, so it’s really the claiming they aren’t charging and then doing so anyways that I have an issue with. This occurs each time I visit. Correcting this issue would restore five stars.

Update 6/12/24: It is still occurring. The manager on duty was very polite and temporarily corrected the issue, but said he could not fix the issue as it was a corporate issue. When I attempted to send a message to the corporate website form fields, it is programmed to require a captcha, but no captcha exists, preventing contact.

Update Nov 2024: They have now replaced it with a flat 2% “Service Charge” to all orders. I went five months without eating here, will likely continue that trend.

Due to the continued issues along with the inability to attempt to resolve the issue, score has been reduced from 4 to 3 stars.
