Hated it went in with a good mood left without it. I went to order my sandwich and asked for my spinage to be added before it gets toasted [i like the chesse melted on it] to which the lady with the noes ring rolled her eyes i was confused but didnt say anything about it. She walked off and finished another customers sandwhich and when she came and set mine up i mentioned "the spinage will need to be covered cause it will burn" after seeing she placed it on its own side rather then under the cheese she snaps at me saying she knows and they dont ussualy do it this way then picked up all the meat and cheese and flopped them on the spinage side. I have PTSD from a incident in my teen years and at that point her snapping at me made my heart rate increase and i cassualy asked my boyfriend for the car keys to "get my phone" wich was just so i could go outside for a sec to calm my heart rate. Went back in and luckily he was done with her and handed me my cup i went over and was annoyed again seeing no tea of any kind i dont drink soda and reluctantly got viatamin water. Went to sit and eat unhappily i came in excited and happy to eat before going to the garden nearby but left in a less then happy mood i get it was easter and she probbaly didnt want to be there but the way she acts was NOT acceptable and made me not only have a episode but...
Read moreDuring the pandemic it is common to order food online for pickup as I am sure most people are aware. Using my subway app today, I placed an order, according to when my bank account was charged, at 5:48 pm. Upon arriving at the Subway, I was told I wouldn't be given my food. I said, "But I've already paid for it". Her response was something like, "yea, well that's too bad, we close at 6 o'clock". Then I said, "but I ordered my food at like 5:45". She insisted that she had called me, though there are no missed called on my phone whatsoever. I informed her, I work in the restaurant industry, which I do, I am a licensed nutritionist and have a bachelor's in culinary science. So the types of kitchens I work in are obviously going to be much more professional than a Subway. But how lazy do you have to be, to have an order come in and just decided you aren't going to do it? In the restaurant industry, we might close at 10 pm, but if someone walks in at 9:45, you sit them down and you take their order, whether you want to or not. Those are you hours of operation. How lazy do you have to be.... really? It's sandwiches.... that have been PAID FOR and ORDERED DURING YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION. It's disgraceful honestly that this is what we can expect from the "working" community, nowadays. Needless to say, we will be going to Jersey Mike's...
Read moreI ordered my food online before I left home to be picked up Asap. It took me a good 15 mins to get there. I got there and it still was not ready. They had 2 employees working on one order. After 5 mins of standing there it was finally my turn. I told them I was picking up an order. They had apparently started making one of my bowls and left it to help the other people in front of me so they finished that off. The lady told the kid he put too much veggies which I didnt agree with. Then she started the other bowl. She was very stingy with the veggies, my bowl looked half empty. I asked for 2 cups of ice water and the kid went to grab those little plastic cups. I asked if they had lids for those to which he said no and I asked for cups with lids since this was togo. The lady said she had to charge me for two drinks if I wanted those cups so I said never mind. Overall the kid was nice the food was good, but if you go when the lady is there be prepared...
