Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Normal

We order from here semi regularly and it seems to be getting worse and worse and worse.

This time someone literally cut a huge piece out of my partners pan pizza. Then they stretched the cheese over it to hide it. There's no crust at ALL. and the rest of the crust is raw. We can work the dough as if we were prepping the pizza ourselves.

We ordered extra everything on their pan and it looks like it's light everything. The parm Asiago is missing. The pizza is cold because of the raw dough.

Yesterday they failed to find our address. Delivered it somewhere over by chik FIL a, supposedly. The map was confused but the address is pretty straight forward. We can get delivery from any other food place, except domino's, without issue. Had to call in, spoke to someone who didn't understand how to resolve to situation and could hear a manager(supposedly) piloting the conversation the whole time instead of talking to us directly.

Refund was given and we got our credit back.

We've given it quite a few times to see if it's consistent or if people can help. Unfortunately, for some reason, our location is served by this store and not the E College one. So we'll just stick to take out from that one (which still isn't perfect but they handle...

The pizza was made incorrectly, the toppings that where suppose to be on one side where on the entire pizza. The delivery driver may have arrived on time but, I didn't hear a knock on my door until 30 minutes after my order left the store. The driver was let into my apartment building by one of my neighbors and knocked on my door upset saying he was calling my cell phone for about 20 minutes. He called the phone number in front of me and when my phone didn't ring I asked him what number he was calling. When he showed me the number on his phone I explained to him that the number was incorrect. The number on the receipt was correct but he was dialing a different number the entire time. When I tried to explain to him he wasn't calling the correct number, he tried to lecture me on leaving the building entrance unlocked when I'm expecting a delivery. Holding me up at my door for over five minutes while I held the pizza and continuously tried to explain to him that if he called the number on the receipt I would have met him outside at his vehicle. I haven't ordered from Dominos in years and thought I would try it, big mistake! I will gladly stick to Pizza Hut, I've never been lectured as a result of someone...

I’m so disappointed and ashamed to have told people dominos was improved from 15 years ago. We had a pizza party for work and have them a days notice on needing 12 or so pizzas and when it came to us it was like th y had all been sitting in the warmer in cardboard boxes for 3-4 hours then delivered cold. This was no better than a buffet pizza. Cheese and sausage had no flavor, pepperoni was over cooked and tasted like seasoning pepper. We got drinks for our staff and they weren’t cold. We don’t have ice. Do not order here for parties or delivery. Not worth wasting our party on.
