You would NVR know , it is so beautiful in this establishment. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the Welcome. Beautiful Bar. Lots of seating. AIRY. THEN you encounter the Staff (minus mi amígo at the entrance - humble & delightful ; he was nice.) When the Staff looks unhappy, disgruntled, or the look of " I don't want to be here " . . . Makes me want to RUN. Didn't think he had teeth 😂 - just MAD. Y ? It reminds me of a Model (male or female), who then speaks w no substance , poise, or couth. That is Hacienda Léon 😳
Empty Eyes & low energy is never a great combo for good service, food, & fun. Albeit - College students won't care. So HEY ROCK ON ! On My Family's end - that was my last time. Esp what u go thru to PARK !? STILL tipped well. Would have tipped 4x the amt. For some good food. That wait was for THAT ??? It's like a good BUILD UP w the discreet locale & a beautiful Interior / Décor . . . then JUST DRY : /
I Returned the Nachos that looked like - literal - Dog Food before we even pulled off for our long drive. KEEP IT. You can eat it. It's on me bc we are never coming back. I wish I had taken a picture of that "concoction" && My daughter's face when she opened it 😂. I won't even get into my "food". I got the girls McDonald's before hitting the highway. A waste. That $$ could've went to a book 😭

Read moreEvery time we’ve visited Hacienda León, the service has felt cold and unwelcoming. The servers consistently have long faces when attending to us, which creates a very uncomfortable atmosphere. What makes it even more disappointing is noticing how they treat non-Hispanic customers much better — with smiles and more attentive service — even though they themselves are also Hispanic. As a Hispanic family, this feels hurtful and confusing.
Another frustrating moment was when we asked for lime (because any true Hispanic knows lime is essential with most dishes). They did bring it to us — but only halfway through our meal, and the way it was handed over felt unpleasant and dismissive. To make matters worse, they charged $1.50 for just a few pieces of lime, something that in most authentic Hispanic restaurants is offered freely as part of the meal.
The food itself might be okay, but the way customers are treated completely overshadows that. We truly hope the management addresses this, because no one should feel unwelcome — especially in a place that represents our...
Read moreThis was my first time at this restaurant so I was very unfamiliar with how things worked. Upon arrival I wasn't sure if I was supposed to wait to be seated or seat myself there wasn't anyone at the counter. It was a Saturday afternoon and they seemed a bit busy not whole restaurant busy but def busy for a Saturday afternoon. We waited a few minutes before someone came to greet us and be seated but it wasn't a bad wait. Upon being seated there was another little wait for the waiter but once he greeted us he was very attentive with what I needed. Food wait time wasn't long either came out fresh and hot. There was a fly that ruined my tortilla but despite that the food was great. I ordered the steak fajitas which was a big enough portion for 3 tacos I only ate 3 and took the remaining portion home which I was able to use the tortillas I had at home to consume the remaining portion. I will say the experience wasn't bad and again the food...
