I am completely disappointed in the lack of service your normal location has despite it opening fairly recently. It was our first time ordering. We had placed an order through the phone and my boyfriend went to pick it up. He had to wait 30 minutes before asking if our food was ready. He was told it was going to take a few more minutes and he ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes. I advised my boyfriend to ask for a partial refund. upon asking the manager, he had told my boyfriend he cannot provide a partial refund because he would have to provide the same for everyone else that was waiting. The problem with that is when my boyfriend arrived he was not told how long it was gonna take. After the first 30 minutes of my boyfriend waiting, the manager advise those who arrived it would be an hour wait. My boyfriend said it was an inconvenience that he had to wait that long, and that there should be an inconvenience for your establishment and to provide a partial refund. Your manager was pretty adamant about not doing that and when my boyfriend asked if their system wouldnt allow them to do a refund or is it that he doesn’t want to provide a refund. to my surprise, it was the second answer. I don’t know how you guys can run a business, make someone wait close to an hour when an order was placed through the phone and not provide a smidge of positive service. It’s not like we asked for a full refund. I understand you guys just opened but that is the worst service I have ever heard of and we were extremely excited to try your food. They ended up deciding to provide a free meal the next time we order, which is nice But can be better. The thing that upsets me the most is when he drove the eight minutes back home it came to my realization We were missing an item. Specifically the corn sauce. personally, I was looking forward to trying that. Please train your manager to do better. We will give your place another try knowing the circumstances. I just really hope the next visit will be better.

The food is delicious, except for your chicken strips. I got a Hint of fishiness And I would advise you to not fry your chicken in the same oil that you fry your shrimp. That is a lawsuit waiting to happen for those who have...

The chicken tenders are picky 3 year old approved. Almost a whole tender was eaten 😮

We went at 5:15 on Sunday and the place was very busy. Check out was smooth and quick and the employees were super great.

We got: -honey mustard sandwich -nashvill sandwich -2 pc tender -mac and cheese -street corn

Considering that we came on what I think was their second day open the following are things I could see easily improved as the employees get in the swing of things or with minor atmospheric adjustments.

-it took about 45 minutes to get our food -Food came out at a temp that was just right for eating if not on the cooler side, I wish it could've been a bit hotter -it was loud inside. It's a small place with almost nothing to stop the echoing as all the surfaces are hard with one rug by the soda machine -it was very dark from the outside. The open sign kept me from thinking it was closed. I think this is because all the light fixtures are below the top windows making them look dark. I almost thought the light was just lights left on after close (we went at 5:15p).

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Heaters for the first time, and it was an experience well worth the anticipation. After wanting to try it for so long, I finally seized the opportunity and was not disappointed. I ordered the three-piece tender meal, complete with fries and a breadstick, and every element of the meal was delightful.
