Originally, my friend and I had stopped by Starbucks on our way into the store. We saw the signs that said we couldn’t eat or drink in the store and we acknowledged them. But there was no line. So we were just going to get our drinks and carry them while we shopped and then drink them after we exited the store. When we approached the register the barista asked if we were done shopping. We explained that no we were not done but saw the signs and intended to follow the rules and just wanted to order because there was no line. The barista immediately got an attitude and stated “I still can’t serve you”. If it was me I would have chosen a statement like “unfortunately we do have a new policy and can not serve guests until they are on their way out of the store. I apologize for any inconvenience”. But no, we were giving a very snappy “I can’t serve you”
After shopping we came back. Not only were the baristas astronomically rude again but when my drink was made incorrectly, I was blamed. I had showed her my order from the Starbucks app at the register when ordering (I normally order ahead but since we were in target we figured we would stop and grab a drink). And when I noticed my drink was much darker than normal I told them and she began to argue with me that I had mocha in my drink. I did not. I had ordered white chocolate mocha which is much lighter. The other barista then came over because the original barista was huffing and puffing. The second barista remade my drink and it was still missing the caramel drizzle but I was not going to argue about that as it was not a huge deal. Overall just a terrible experience. If I’m up this way I will just go to the Starbucks a block over by flat...
Read moreThis store was out of venti cups when my friend and I went so I told her she could just put extra ice in my drink (since I had ordered a venti) to fill it all the way up since it would be in a trenta cup. While watching her make my drink, I saw her fill the top of my cold brew WITH WATER instead of more ice to fill it up. I was very confused on why she would water down the cold brew instead of putting ice in like I asked??
I wanted to also note that barista’s in this store were not very friendly to begin with and seemed to have an attitude with my friend who was trying to make a drink. The barista messed it up, and when my friend asked about it, she tried arguing with her before realizing SHE was the one who messed it up. She apologized and rushed to remake the drink, forgetting the caramel drizzle the second time.

Read moreWorst Starbucks service. I just wanted a cup of black pike place coffee. The employees stood there talking to each other while waiting for blenders to blend, steamers to steam and ovens to, well, oven-back sandwiches of people who ordered after me. Took them over 10 min to find 15 seconds to pour my...
