Crumbl — Restaurant in Normal

At Crumbl, whether if you are in La Canada, California...Carson, California...Edgewater, Colorado...West Des Moines, Iowa...Wicker Park, Illinois...Tuscaloosa, Alabama...Latham, New York...or at any of their other locations in the United States...you can always expect that same great and consistent good service...all the time.

Let's see....WHEN that treat, that you decide to get, had apparently made its turn to become available on that Crumbl "Lunar" Cycle😬...LOL😁....you can always expect it to be prepared and made just like it is pictured and shown on the display. Then it is always placed carefully and neatly in that perfect, pink and black, unique and nice box. And after that, it is proudly and happily given to you, by an awesome staff member...who "seems" to always be tailor-made for you---particularly chosen and handpicked---to present to you your favorite, sweet craving in the most perfect and excellent way...EVERY TIME😊.

I wish I knew how they manage to do it, seemingly, all the time....but they do...lol.

And this is particularly true when I come to Crumbl in Normal, Illinois.

And in Normal...when I am so lucky and blessed to have Audrey be the one " who seems" to be the staff member chosen to give me my favorite cornbread cookie treat---for that particular visit...I am ALWAYS overjoyed.

Audrey just puts that extra finishing touch to it with her quiet, gently strong, confident, and pleasant vibe. Along with her calming focus and welcoming, caring smile, she always makes me feel, at that moment, like as if I am the only one who matters to her.

She just makes you feel comfortable, at ease, at home, appreciated, and valued. And I can always tell that she is always grateful for my business and thankful that I came.

She always DOES that ability to make one feel like as if they are the only customer in the store...although there might be a long line of faithful, loyal, and new anticipating customers, patiently waiting for their orders to be prepared...looking forward to, anticipating on experiencing that same kind of level of care that she ALWAYS basks me in.

It is no wonder she is always chosen to lead that wonderful crew, during all of her shifts, because judging by what I have seen and personally experienced consistently from her, it seems to be interwoven in her DNA to always know how to lead by example. And that ALWAYS shows in the morale, attitudes, energy, and focus of all the AWESOME staff members whom she leads on all her shifts.😊

Well walked into Crumbl with my mom and sister for the first time. Immediately I was not impressed with the service. There were around 15-20 employees that I could see, not a single person acknowledged us not even a hello, welcome, do you have any questions, nothing.We decided what we wanted and headed to the register and a young lady came to ring up our order, I payed in cash as she is counting out my change she asks if I want to tip our bakers and pointed to the tip bucket. As we waited for our cookies again no interaction from any of the staff until another young lady dropped our order off at the pick up counter. Again no thanks for shopping with us, no have a nice day, nothing.... For the price of almost $24 for a 4 pack (2 cheesecakes and 2 pumpkin cheesecake cookies) and there being so many employees behind the counter would have expected a little more customer service than we received. Went to Crumbl cookies Friday night (9/27) at 7 pm in Bloomington-Normal. The manager on duty was rude and provided poor customer service. Really disappointed because I go to this location all the time and it’s always a great experience! I showed her that my app was frozen and how I had taken snapshots showing it kept changing the time for pick up. She told me too bad and I’d have to come back an hour later b/c they were busy even though I showed her clearly it had given me different pick up times. Come back an hour later for ONE cookie?! After she acknowledged that the app was indeed freezing? POOR customer service! She could’ve taken five minutes to add me to the queue, but she chose to be...
