Hobby Lobby — Local services in Normal

Had to give you a 1 because i cant go any lower. I've never been in a store where the employees ive been so rude. If im looking to buy something get out of my way i was in the Easter isle looking and these 2 employees were everywhere, yes they were foing their job but it could have waited till it was clear. Than the cashier was upset because we asked for things to be in a bag. She than proceeded to just throw it in the bag. I love hobby lobby and been to them every where but ill never go into the Bloomington Normal...

Disappointed. I brought in 7 frames to have glassed and hooks put on. I accepted the high price of 266.00 to get them done, professionally. What a joke. First complaint is that they were all done for horizontal photos, for the price should be done so could use either way. Secondly I was trying to put pictures in and the tabs broke off and one (so far) was not done correctly so it cracked the wood a bit. Love hobby lobby! But this one I do not. I had to ask 3 different people where to find the samething each just gave a genetic answer. It's it the holiday crafts. I have no idea where that is, they told me the back. I asked where the back was and was just told in the back with a sarcastic tone.
