I was belittled and degraded by an employee at this store. Made to look like a fool because of an app error. I called to inform them the app overcharged me and I was trying to help the confusion. I apologized prefusly. This employee not only called out to staff to stop the order because I screwed it up. He yelled for a manager who said to just cancel the order all together. Then told me to reorder if I wanted to. I asked about my points and was told "I don't know. I don't work for the app. I work in this store." He asked me why I didn't review my order before completing which I said I did. Then got a notification I was overcharged. He allowed it was on me but he just cancelled it. So order again if I want. I def did not. I've been a customer of this particular store for years but never again. I alerted cooperate asking them to review their recorded line to tell me I'm in the wrong. And I have heard nothing. I understand having a bad day. And having horrible customers make it worse. But on this person's bad day I wasn't that person. I understand dealing with hateful people. I wasn't that person. To be belittled and degraded like I was is truly heartbreaking. Dominoes lost a loyal customer. I will never come to this location ever again.

Read moreI usually do delivery to my house and it's always super smooth, but today I did "carry out" on the way home. I was less than impressed with this experience. I checked in on my phone for the "carside delivery" after receiving notification that my order was ready and then waited 7ish minutes before going in and checking to make sure I did it right since no one had come out to put the food in my backseat like I'd specified when placing the order. They informed me that they needed a signature and that my order was not done yet. What's the point of choosing a "contactless" option if I still have to come into contact with the pen that provide for all customers to share...? Then they bring my pizza to my driver window when my back door was completely, obviously open and asked if I wanted it in the back.... Perhaps this location wasn't prepared for the "carside delivery" option or something.... At least the food is good, but I think I'll choose a different...
Read moreAbsolutely TERRIBLE management. They over charged my wife by almost double. My wife paid and didn't notice until she made it home. I called and spoke with manager and offered to make it right by giving two free pizzas on our next visit. Today I call and the manager named Daniel says it's not in their system and acts like I'm lying. So they FINALLY, after almost 15 minutes of waiting and searching he finds that I'm telling the truth, but instead of holding up to their promise to make it right he gets my wife's card info and returns the over charged amount. This is fine because it's pretty much the same amount of two free pizzas. But when I asked to speak to the highest manager he tells me that he is. When I asked for the corporate complaint number, he said he doesn't know it off the top of his head and that I will need to look it up. I'm DEFINITELY going to be looking that number up and we will never be ordering food from...
