At the drive through the mic was on full blast and was never turned off so we could hear everything that was being said in the back. I ordered an iced matcha latte and the woman at the window said asked if I had ordered an iced mocha latte, I said no and repeated my order back to her. She then responded with “Thats what I said,” and passed me a dark brown sludgy drink. I passed it back and told them that it wasn’t the right drink. They gave it back to me and said that “The caramel would change the color of the drink.” I knew this wasn’t true but they weren’t listening to me and I was running late so I just took the drink. I came here today and my total was $14.61 I handed Micah $14 and she immediately shut the window before I could hand her the .61 cents. She opens the window & repeats my total to me “14.61” I tell her she shut the window before I could give her the .61 cents. Tell me why this girl rolls her eyes, closes the window, opens it 4 more times and every time rolled her eyes. After she gave me the final bag she shut the window and walked off, didn’t say a word the rest of the time… all over .61 cents. Not a complex order by any means, but after telling the cashier 4 times I wanted a “Large Iced Vanilla Latte”, she added multiple extra things to it I didn’t ask for or want causing it to be the worst, sweetest IVL I’ve ever had. On top of that, waiting 20 minutes and multiple people coming in after me received their orders, I got up to the counter to ask about it. Standing there for an additional 5ish minutes, not one person so much as made eye contact or asked if I needed anything. Finally getting a guys attention (he seemed like the only employee genuinely trying), he apologized and got to making the drinks. Appreciative of that guy, but it looked like he was surrounded by coworkers that didn’t care. Super disappointed...
