I was visiting family in Norman,OK the last night of my stay ( 11/13 Tuesday night) I looked up and found this location. I made and completed my order online, which was a pretty big order. After placing my order online it said my order would be ready in 30-40mins. I went to the location after 40-45mins of placing my order and when arriving there was one person finishing their transaction, I was the next person to pick up. The Hispanic woman working the front was very rude, and seemed frustrated with what it looked like a busy evening for them. I told her my name and she grabs a much smaller order to give to me. As she’s trying to push it off to me I inform her that, that order could not be mines because I ordered more pizza than that and the additional boxes on top of those pizza boxes wasn’t what I ordered. She literally continued to push the boxes to me insisting it was mines. The problem was ironically that order had the very same name as me, spelled the same way but a different last name. I pointed out to her and another young lady that, that is my name but it’s not my last name and this is not what I ordered. I pulled up my order in my email and show her what my order actually was. The Hispanic lady with the thick mustache gets more frustrated and literally yells for her manager, by this time there are about 2-3 people behind me. As she’s screaming for her manager I asked, will I be getting a discount since you guys messed up my order b/c now I have to wait another additional 20-30mins, she said idk what’s on your order so idk, yet she just got done looking at my order on my phone. The manager comes and he’s also rude, and very unapologetic, then I ask him how long it would be and he also says idk b/c I don’t know what’s on your order. This only made me more aggravated and upset, once he gives me an estimate time (8-12mins which was really the 20-30min like I said) I sit right in front pissed off waiting for my order. The guy in back of me goes up and mustache says to him “sorry about that wait, how can I help you?” I laughed and said damn he gets a sorry and I just got a bunch of attitude. You people got the easiest job in the world and couldn’t even do that right, I know where I ain’t going when I visit again! Read moreI get little Caesars all of the time with no problems however recently I had a problem. I ordered online and waited an hour (yes an hour) checking the tracking of my order and it was never updated to ready, which this is the workers fault. They are supposed to update it to ready when it is ready lol, they did not so I went in to check on it and it was in the hotbox just waiting for me for over 30 minutes because someone didn't do their job, I then asked why it wasn't updated and she said (I cant give you an answer for that). Okay.... well I went home and called to complain like a karen I hate complaining but I love little Caesars and would expect good customer service. After I called a lady said okay I will put your name down for the pizza to be remade. Awesome!! I was happy with that. I called a couple days later for the remade pizza and my name was never put in the "book"... This is so fun to deal with!! woo. Anyways I was basically being told I was a liar over a $7 pizza lol. I was told someone would reach out to me aka a manager. No one called so I called back a couple days later because what is going on? I called and was actually put on the phone with a manager she answered and literally didn't say anything I had to say hello? Is anyone there she said Yes How can I Help? I asked to speak to a manager and she was one, (managers name is Anastasia) or probably spelt different. She also said (I do not see your name and people lie all of the time) after I told her the time and everything of the order I was still being called a liar and after she said my GM will reach out to you, I then asked for her name and told her I would call corporate she immediately hung up the phone. Read moreOrdered online at 5:35pm, receipt said pizza would be ready at 6:00pm to 6:05pm. Left home at 6 for the short drive to the store. Waited in line to let them know I was there for my online order. Counter member told me it would be a 10 to 15 minute wait, no big deal, they were busy. I sit down to wait. I see alot of pizzas come out of the oven, I see alot of people come in order get their pizza and leave, all the while I am sitting and waiting. About 30 minutes into my wait he looks at me and asks again what I had ordered, I let him know and he looks bewildered. Then he disappears, for 30 minutes. Apparently he was in thr bathroom, probably hiding. Lobby is filling up with online orders and walk in orders. Finally after 1hr 15 minutes of waiting in the store my pizza order is ready, instead of offering discount, bread sticks, to comp my long wait time, he says " sorry for the wait, you can grab a free soda on your way out."
