Mazzio’s Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Norman

When we went in and ordered was told it would be about 20 minutes and there was maybe 4tables with people at them all except 1 had their food. We waited the 20 mins the wife ate her salad. Still having the little plastic number sitting on the table when the waitress came out and went to get the empty salad plate and asked us there anything else I can get you ... I replied yeah our pizza how much longer is it going to be to wit she replied you haven't got it there's nothing in the ovens... well 20 more minutes and they finally got the pizza to us no refund just a upgrade from med to large. And the pizza dough when we got home was under cooked last time I will go there makes about 4 or 5 bad experiences there and I end up going because a friend or the wife wants to or they try to convince it's got new management or workers . Its obvious they just don't...

Even giving this place 1 star is more than they deserve. $50 order, 40 minute estimated delivery. They pull up 80+ minutes after I ordered the meal. Every single item we ordered was cold, missing dipping sauce. Store didn't even try to fix the issue, they put me on hold with "Customer Service", woman I talked to offered to reorder but we had to wait another estimated 40 minutes (so it would be here in twice that time and cold again) and return all the food or they could give us a $20 credit. I said that wouldn't work, wasn't the first time this has happened with Mazzio's but I guarantee it will be the last time, "Customer Service" laughed at me and said I've offered everything I can. First time here at this location. Came for buffet on Friday and let me tell ya, it was like a swarm of locusts in there! People piling food on their plates, these Normanites don't play! Of course it was lunch hr but still - I think I paid a total of 8 bucks and some change to eat. I got water and buffet. The pizza was hot and and delicious, the salad was fresh and there were lots of options to choose from if you wanted to doctor up your greenery. My cashier was Alec. They were sweet and helpful.
