Pizza Shuttle — Restaurant in Norman

Until today Pizza Shuttle was the only place I would order pizza in Norman. We ordered pizza last night so we could eat it today for lunch after a night out. We ordered a Chicken Alfredo pizza with NO mushrooms as I have an allergy. When I woke up and grabbed the pizza out of the fridge, I took a huge bite out of said pizza only to find it covered in mushrooms. Immediately spitting it out, taking a Benadryl and waiting anxiously to see if I have a reaction my husband calls to talk to the manager. To our shock my husband is told to call back tonight and there was nothing he would do about our complaint. “Bob” then proceeds to accuse my husband of trying to scam the company in hopes of a free pizza. Are you kidding me?! Your company messed up an order so badly that it could harm a person, we call to tell you about it, and we are accused of theft? For a $7 pizza??? If this is how you feel, it’s probably best to not tell your customers you think they are trying to scam you. It’s not a very professional way to run a business. We like to keep our business local, but after today it looks like we will just make the drive to Moore for Eagle One pizza where you’re not treated...

I placed an order online for pickup. I got there, and they handed me 3 large pizzas, which I ordered four large pizzas. I mentioned it, they make another one which I appreciated very much. I don't think they knew which one the forgot so when it came time that my order was actually ready, the guy explains that the 2 regular pepperoni pizzas with extra cheese was confusing for them, so rightfully I sympathized with them. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I ordered 4 pizzas: 2 large pepperoni with Xtra cheese, 1 large pepperoni pizza with Xtra cheese no marinara sauce add garlic butter sauce, and 1 large pepperoni pizza add Italian sausage and Xtra cheese on it. I get home and none of those pizzas had extra cheese, the 3 pizzas that were ready when I got there were already cold, and I didn't get 1 regular pepperoni Xtra cheese, they gave me an extra garlic butter sauce pizza, I don't mind but it's not what I asked for. I'm gonna forget it this time, but this isn't the first time it has happened. I won't be returning to this location. Went in to get a postmates order tonight. Was told they didn’t work with postmates anymore. I asked if we could try to use the card as it should ring up like any other visa. He went to get the manager. And the manager before I even said one word to the manager he immediately accused me of ordering the pizza and said I would keep it for myself. What? I’m just trying to do my job here... When I told him I had the card as proof and questioned what he meant by “keep it for myself” he said “just what I said do I need to spell it out for you” I said I’m just confused as to why the customer could place the order through postmates if pizza shuttle doesn’t work with them. He then told me he would like to know the same thing and was tired of “all of these postmates” and told me I needed to leave. Not only did you lose a postmates order but my family and I will not be eating at pizza shuttle ever...
