Extremely disappointed with Tea Cafe. First time trying it after my son had been asking for about a week that he wanted to try it. Cashier was nice, but the first time around she didn’t get my my complete order on drinks. I order a sprite and coke. I had to go back up and order the coke that was missing. Once I received our food order I notice that my hibachi steak I ordered was not on there. Instead I got a steak pho. I got her attention and informed her about the mistake (#2). She took the pho and said “my bad” and walked away. Nobody came to talk to me or anything. The manager came about 20 minutes later with my correct order and informed me about the price difference. I went ahead and paid the difference since the food was on the table in front of me already. I really didn’t mind paying but it was the fact that there was no communication from him prior to correcting the mistake. My favorite things to order are the wontons and the Japanese seafood udon!
As soon as you enter the cafe, you are greeted with the delightful aroma of freshly brewed tea, which immediately sets the mood for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
The cafe offers a wide selection of teas, from traditional green and black teas to more exotic blends such as jasmine, oolong, and chai. Each tea is brewed to perfection, and you can taste the quality in every sip. The staff is knowledgeable about the various teas and is happy to offer recommendations based on your preferences.
In addition to tea, the cafe also offers a variety of snacks and meals. The food is freshly prepared, and the ingredients are of high quality.
The cafe's decor is simple yet elegant, with wooden tables and chairs and soft lighting that creates a cozy ambiance.

Read moreWould've given zero stars if I could. Very rude cashier that was on his phone and ask could he help us with an attitude. ALL THE FOOD WAS OVERCOOKED and not edible, like it'd been sitting there for hours then refried. Made us all sick. Portion size was a joke, and overpriced as well. Food was disgusting and would not have been much better if it was fresh. 🤢🤮 Worst Chinese food I've ever had. Will NEVER be back. Please don't waste your time or money, we spent $100 and couldn't eat the food. Don't listen to the other reviews giving 4 and 5 stars, this is for the people that read reviews and eat at restaurants based on them, this is not the place for you. Yes you, the one reading this review contemplating eating here don't do it. That too was me, wish I would've seen a review like mine prior to eating here. Could've saved...
