This review is for curb-side pickup. I really enjoy the Extreme pizza. Very expensive but lots of toppings. Always get it when dining in which is 3 to 4 times a month. I made the mistake of ordering curb-side last night and when I got home discovered that they game me a pizza of much lesser value that had about one third the amount of toppings as what I always got when I purchased the same pizza while dinning in store. Called and talked to manager who said he would check the videos and get back with us. Haven't heard back from him in 4 days. I don't mind paying more to get more toppings but, please don't charge me more then give me less. Really wish I had gone somewhere else. Next time(s) I will. BTW, I even tipped 20+ percent in anticipation - tipping before you see your food is a very bad idea! Bottom line, Dine in - good, curb-side pickup - not so good. DON'T ORDER A HIGH END PIZZA TO GO FROM HERE. (They don't seem to be as focused about making sure they provide a quality product when it is a curb-side order). Sad reality is that with all the great places to dine in Norman, it only takes one bad experience to lose a customer. What is really disappointing is that I haven't received any respnse in 4 days. Update: So my wife wasn't feeling well tonight but wanted pizza. So, I thught I would give this location another chance and we ordered a pizza to go. Big mistake. Huge! Once again the "Extreme" half of my pizza was no where near what you get when you dine in. There has got to be different set of rules for in store order and for a pickup order! Once again, AVOID THIS STORE LIKE THE PLAGUE if you going to order anything more the a single topping pizza for pickup. Just get a Tony's frozen pizza and make it at home. It will be hot and fresh and you will get what you pay for. You won't get what you pay for here when you order a pizza for pickup and you'll have to heat it up to be as hot as a Tony's pizza. Really disgusting, but I only have myself to blame. It's really amazing that they seem care so much to give you a high quality pizza when you dine in, but could care less about the quality of the same pizza that is ordered for pickup.

First time eating at a Hideaway Pizza and my family is pretty disappointed. We ordered a large cheese and a medium chicken Florentine pizza. For $42 we expected exceptional pizza and this was far from it. The cheese pizza was okay, basic nothing exciting…we were hoping for herbs and this lacked. The chicken florentine pizza was $22 for a medium and we had to pick the chicken off because it was rubbery and almost water logged…it actually squeaked when I chewed it! Without the chicken it was better until we started biting into chunks of garlic. Garlic is great but this wasn’t cooked long enough…it was crisp like biting into an apple and it made the garlic flavor so strong that my aunt gagged. Not going to lie…it was STRONG garlic. For a $22 pizza we shouldn’t have to disassemble it to make it palatable. Staff was great but expected better from Hideaway Pizza

This is the second Hideaway Pizza location that I've visited. Each location has a different feel to it. This one is located in Campus Corner and is in easy walking distance for students at OU. The restaurant is spacious inside; the tables aren't crammed together so tightly that one party interferes with another. The restaurant is all on one level. It looked pretty accessible from an ADA standpoint. The Norman Hideaway Pizza location is also family friendly. This comes out in small ways like step stools in the restrooms. The staff was friendly and professional. The group in front of us had a party of 12 and they were seated within minutes. The food was delicious. A side of cheesy garlic bread and a small pizza were plenty to feed 3. The cheesy garlic does not skimp on the cheese at all. Tl;dr: good food. Well laid out location. Good service.

Ordered the 50/50 appetizer. After eating most of it I discovered a long hair baked into the crust of one of the mushrooms. I pointed it out to the waitress who promptly took the hair ridden mushroom away before I could get a picture of it. I had already ordered a pizza so I waited to see if they would do the right thing and 1. Have a manager apologize for the hair in the food 2. Comp the meal or at least a large portion on it. However after alerting them to the hair in my food the waitress attentiveness dropped to less than subpar. Minimum refills and not checking on the table. A manager never approached the table to address the issue and apologize. The only concession was they did not charge us for the appetizer that had the hair. I gave them a chance to turn a bad experience into a good one but they failed. I am extremely unhappy with the way the situation was handled and will not be back anytime soon. There are too many pizza places other than Hideaway to put up with a bad experience such...
