Pizza Shuttle — Restaurant in Norman

I wasn't there it was delivery but I've been there before to pick up not at the location that delivered. The diver was curious but it was over an hour before I got my food and they said 30 to 45 mins. I called when it was past 45 mins and they said the driver just left. So when it was close to 25 mins I called to ask what has happened to my order and they said they have the driver take multiple orders out at one time mine was coming. I did not like that at all cause that meant my order had already been just sitting in they're vehicle for 25 mins already not including hiw long it took to get ready to put in vehicle with other orders to be delivered and that I was gonna get cold food and I was right. The spaghetti was not warm at all and made taste horrible and the frost fingers wasn't cut good and I couldn't get one piece at a time out of the box and I wound up tearing it up, disappointed. The pizza was okay it was warm enough to eat. By the way your spaghetti is not good at all the meatballs part is okay but the sauce taste like you just opened a can of tomato sauce and poured it on the noodles. If you cant make it homemade at least use Ragu or Prego spaghetti sauce on the spaghetti it will taste alot better. And the person that took my order was the rudest person I've ever dealth with in my life . He knew nothing and he had a snobesh attitude while speaking i finally asked if he could ask someone else that might know and i could here jim jusy put the phone down didnt say hold on or yes i can do that thrn i heard him talking in the back ground saying bad things about me to whim ever he was speakinh to very rude and if he was going yo be rude like thar you think he put me on hold so i couldnt hear him. he didnt care you could tell he didnt by the way he spoke to me on the phone. that person needs to be fired. i was bever rude to him i just wanted to know some information about the...

My husband called to place an order for delivery. He asked the guy what specials they had, and chose to get a large 3 topping pizza. He had to repeat the order 3 times before they understood the order. The man said it would be 45 minutes for delivery. After 92 minutes he called back. First they told him someone had left with it, when he questioned why it was taking so long, they told him they didn't have an order for him at all. He hung up frustrated. I checked his call log to make sure of the times, and the correct number, and called back. The person who answered said we had not placed an order with them in 4 months. I explained that I had all of the documentation showing the call was made to that store, and that I heard the conversation. He put me on hold for the manager. The manager, Rick, argued with me, told me I was wrong, and said he didn't even know why I called as there was nothing he could do for me. So the people taking orders, don't take the actual order, and the management can do nothing for you. Don't waste your time calling. Terrible...

Great experience! The pizza, calzones, and cheesy bread sticks were all great. The service was STELLAR - very quick, very friendly, and accommodating. There are lots of options on the website, including interesting ones like Gyro meat and Tzaziki sauce. The Tzaziki sauce was listed as a base sauce for under the cheese and not available for dipping, but I added a comment asking if they could give me a side to dip my gyro pizza in, and they did! And I ordered some mushrooms, which doesn't always end up being the amount I want, but the double mushroom they put on my pizza was perfect. They're awesome, the pizza and prices were great, and the amount for the money was more than expected (the "mini" calzones were huge compared to what I was expecting). Highly recommend!
