Donut King — Restaurant in Norman

I’ve done over 1,950 deliveries for uber eats and I’ve never gotten into a verbal altercation with anyone but this one lady who works at Donut King didn’t put all the order together and repeated directions at me “get the drinks from the fridge, get the drinks from the fridge!” And so I got the drinks she couldn’t get herself and left. After I delivered the order I got a call from the delivery customer saying she’s missing all the donuts and so I had to go back and this lady was immediately playing offensive, shifting the blame onto me and I ended up telling her that her communication skills are trash and flipping her off (she deserved it). She could have said “not all the order is ready yet” she said nothing like that. She expected me to read her mind and know that all the order wasn’t together and that the donuts were missing. She should communicate better and get the delivery order together like every single...

The person working 1/7/21 @9:16pm was incredibly rude and unprofessional. We went to the drive through and couldn’t hear him and when we said sorry and asked a question he responded with ,”well if you wanna ask questions and order , you have a to respond to me” after we stood in the driveway in chock we proceeded to ask what donuts he had left and then he said ,“well if you’re not going to talk to me then you need to come inside and talk to me in person.” I have no idea what we did to anger this employee but it was extremely rude so we just left. Safe to say I will never be going to this establishment ever again , which is a shame considering how much praise I’ve heard from it. Im not one to leave bad reviews but this employee was disgusting and I hope he gets more than a slap...

Okay so I've been to this place a couple times since moving to Norman everybody says they have the best donuts I strongly disagree now I will say that the staff the lady and gentleman that run the place are very friendly very upbeat and very helpful but the two times that I have been there and gotten Donuts in different times of the day they taste old dry and not really like much like a donut I'm not really sure what's going on there but they do not have the best donuts or even the tenth best donuts I don't really know who does have the best donuts in Norman they do have a very friendly staff maybe that's what people keep going back I don't know I'm a fat chick and I wanted to Donut so still looking for that...
