Homeland Pharmacy — Local services in Norman

I was a steady customer here for years until I was told that the prescription that I had been picking up from them monthly was "too niche" for me to expect them to keep in stock before rather eagerly referring me to a big box store. (It's a pretty standard HRT prescription). I try to keep my $$ out of the big box places and to spend it locally/regionally instead, but clearly, they didn't value that as much as I did. I'm leaving three stars as an average between the 5-star service I received up until this incident and the 1-star rating I want to give to the tech who implied that my years of customer loyalty meant nothing and sent me on my way. As convenient as it is to use the big box store now, I am sad that my business didn't mean much to Homeland Pharmacy...

I have been a long time customer. It is great to be greeted. The staff is always friendly and efficient. They will always help me if I have problems. I will give them five stars to the nth degree. I appreciate good customer service....
