Worst canes experience ever. I went through the drive thru and order me and my families meals. “Bell” the female at the window. Told me to pull around to a parking spot. After waiting 20 minutes my friend went inside to order his own meal. And saw “bell” and “ axel “ (a male) horseplaying while my order was sitting on the counter the whole time. My friend came back out to tell me what was going on. So I went inside and saw myself them laughing and playfully hitting each other. And when she realized that I’d been waiting for so long. She said “oh that was the order on the counter for so long” then proceeded to tell me to go get my receipt so they could make the order again. After waiting another 15 minutes and watching one of the employees eat my meal that had been sitting out. I finally got my food. And they went back to goofing off. I get canes hires young people as employees. But his was most definitely not okay. Especially not at 10:45 pm at night. Wouldn’t recommend it. To make it even worse, my fries seemed only about...

Update: Absolutely I can elaborate. My wife and I were driving from southern Iowa to San Antonio Texas in our 22 year old Chevy Avalanche and needed a break and a bite. It's a comfy ride, but not for long durations. So we dropped in and placed a mobile order and stretched our legs while parked in the mobile pickup area. Within a few minutes an associate was bringing our order to us. He was so friendly and upbeat. It put both of us in a better mood to begin the next leg of our drive. The food we got was absolutely delicious. It hit the spot so good that we even discussed that it had been a while since a road trip food stop has truly hit the spot. And all this in Norman Oklahoma.
