Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Norman

Update: The new GM gives hope back to the loyalists. Very professional and courteous. Handled the issue with understanding and care.

The 12th and Alameda location has been constantly messing up our orders the last 2 weeks. Today was the last straw. We order a vanilla blender and a carmelicious blender both no whip 2 extra shots. Today they both looked like vanilla as the carmelicious had no caramel. A guy came to the window and got an attitude about our complaint and instead of fixing the problem, he pumped some caramel into a cup and handed it to us before slamming the window shut. It's ridiculous that we pay $18+ 4-6 times a week to be treated horribly when we did nothing wrong. What's so hard about saying 'I'm sorry, let me fix that for you.' We've been going there since they opened and our orders is the same every time so we obviously know how our drinks are supposed to look and taste. This place is about as good as you can expect a drive through coffee joint to be.

Staff is always great. Food is always edible. The one thing to keep in mind is sometimes they do some bizarre things with their themed flavors.

Example: they had a cinnamon toast crunch latte thing. Honestly I ordered it because I didn't remember what I actually enjoyed previously that wasn't a promo item.

They actually put the cereal into the latte. I did not realize that was a thing someone might do so didn't ask them not to. I was drinking my coffee and got an unexpected soggy piece of cinnamon toast crunch with a sip. I nearly barfed before I realized what it was.

So yeah sometimes the franchise makes questionable decisions...

Love this group of people working here. They are smart, very nice, very good upsellers too. Would you like a large? How about a redbull for the road? But not in a bad way. Also there are some very beautiful women working there and I'm glad the vibe is so great for a drive through coffee shop

Still great. New faces frequently but they seem to always enjoy their job and the iconic "scoot around to the next window" is always fun to hear. Happy customer.
