Yellow Dog Drive-Thru — Restaurant in Norman

Gave them a few more shots a while after my first review, while they were Cool Beans. It's gotten worse. The lady who works here is so rude, that's if they're actually open when they say they are. 3 times I've came by this location, only to find it closed hours after their opening time, or closed early. And the lady who works here has a horrible attitude every morning. Always an attitude, always rushes, not friendly at all. Just avoid and go to Beanstalk or Starbucks.

While I have been a customer here since they opened way back when, the coffee has gone completely downhill recently. I never get the same thing twice. I always order the same thing, however it almost never tastes the same. Also, the last 3 times I've been through, they didn't even fill my cup all the way. I took a few weeks off from here and went to Starbucks. While I hate supporting a chain they get my drink right every time at every location and it's always full and tastes the same. Not a good look with Scooters opening...

I took a different route so I could stop by this place and get a local, independent coffee before hitting the road for a long trip. Goo-gal said they were open till 6pm but I have found Goo-gal to be wrong about such things several times in the past. I drove up and it looked dark, but hours posted outside also said they were open till 6pm. I peered in the windows and did not see anything - too dark. I wondered if maybe they had closed up early to go to the oh-you game. I stayed there a little while, feeling confused as to what to do next, when a lady opened the window. There WAS someone inside. She told me they would close in 15 minutes. I said, "That's what I was counting on - :)" So I ordered and quickly received a GREAT latte - very smooth taste - very easy on the stomach. It was worth the detour and moment...

Customer service here can't be beat!! I have been several times now and have always been greeted with a great attitude and a smile. I don't however love their coffee. I am very picky and love my coffee at home. I have yet to find a place other than my house that I can say I love their coffee. But when in a pinch I go here because I know they will be respectful and try their best to please me. Its not that it is bad coffee just not my flavor.

So please when you see a low star rating because someone didn't prefer the coffee here don't take it to heart. That is like me going Cane's Chicken and giving them a bad review because I don't like chicken strips. If you like it sweet tell the girl. Try the drink before you leave she can always add more something if its not right. I love the people...
