So normally I love this Taco Bell however on 02/23/23 at approximately 11:58 am I ordered a simple Steak cheesy gordita crunch, waited in the drive thru for a long time and the guy at the speaker box sat there for nearly 15 mins before he was asked for his order. Anyhow I get to window get my food and pull around to eat it. Take a bite and it’s chicken. I go inside and tell the young man and he tells the manager who btw is the one making the food, and she has a terrible attitude and says you need to check her receipt.. as if I’m lying. So he asks for my receipt and I tell him it’s a mobile order my phones in the car and she says I basically need to go get it, so I do. I come back in and show them. I’m waiting and another guy tells them he’s missing food. The manager (an older white lady, bigger, with glasses and some grey in her hair) starts yelling at the kid very disrespectfully telling him to hurry so he can help drive through so he’s hurrying to check someone out and then she starts yelling at him to not steal her change from the drawer being completely disrespectful and embarrassing. Anyway she brings me my food and i go to the car take a bite and guess what!! It’s STILL WRONG. After sitting at Taco Bell for 52 minutes for one item on my 30 minute work lunch I couldn’t go back in. Whoever hired this lady needs to quickly fire her, she’s a manager who treats her staff like dogs in front of a lobby full of customers and can’t get a simple order right 3x. Read moreI placed an order for pickup for a time of 5pm even confirmed through screenshot that it was 5pm pickup. I get a text that my order is ready at 2pm. This was a problem because the event was at 5pm, so I tried calling the store with no answer. I then called customer service for them to refund the tacos and tell me to reorder again. I place the order at 4:30 for a pick up time of 5pm AGAIN. My event coordinator gets the tacos and received complete attitude from a female worker (for what I’m still trying to figure out since it was their fault they didn’t pay attention to the pickup time) only for them to hand her tacos that have been sitting god knows where since 2pm and can confirm this by the time stamp on the box. The tacos were ice cold. The food safety in this situation was horrendous & customer service highly lacking. I truly hope nobody gets sick from these tacos your workers negligently handed out.
