I've had nothing but great service each time I come here, except for yesterday. The manager that was on duty around 1:15pm can learn a lot from his staff.
For some context, the Wendy's app has been a bit glitchy the last couple of weeks. Nevertheless, there are some great deals on there from time to time. When I got to the window there was an employee that genuinely did not know how to fix my missing digital coupon yet was kind enough to go get his manager.
The manager approached and told me "we don't do the apps, we have nothing to do with the apps.."
I use the app each time which is the only reason why I come to Wendy's. I requested that the manager ask the other employees if one of them may know more about the app and he looked at me, shook his head side to side and said "you already spoke to someone."
Of course I'm upset and I tell him that I too am a manager, I don't understand everything which is why I lean on my employees, therefore please go get another one who may know more... He just kept standing there shaking his head for another 2 minutes.
Then eventually he shuts the window in my face. The original employee came over and asked "did he just shut that window in your face??" I said yes, but it's all good. Another employee comes over and was absolutely great. I told her that I'm not sure what her aspirations are but that this is how you manage and that she is going to make a great leader.
I told both employees that the manager made be the shift leader but isn't a true leader, that they are the true leaders because we can lead...
Read moreVery displeased with the service here. I made a mobile order around 5pm and then got to Wendy’s about 10 minutes later. They weren’t busy at all but when I got there they hadn’t even started on my order, even though I had pressed the button on the app for them to start making my order 10 minutes ago. When I asked for my order, a girl in the kitchen area said “Took her long enough” to her coworker. The rest of the staff was just standing around talking while I stood there waiting for them to start making my food. After about 15 minutes they finally had it ready, but when I got to my car I noticed they got my order wrong. They gave me a junior frosty instead of the medium that I paid for, and they missed the ranch that I specifically asked for. I was also hesitant to even eat my food because one of the employees smelled strongly of weed after he came in from his break. I will not be coming to this location again...
Read moreDon’t go here! I decided to give them another try, cause surely they can’t mess up your order every time you go, YES , YES they can and do! They don’t know the difference between plain and dry. Dry means no condiments, Plain mean no veggies! When you ask for no mustard , it means you do not want it, maybe you are allergic to it ? And when you order nuggets , you probably want some dang sauce! And let’s talk about how short and rude the staff are. Yes, I want my receipt, cause the last time I came you messed up my order to! Don’t worry there will not be a next! And please don’t shove my food at me when I haven’t gotten my drinks put in the cup holder, just so you can shut the window! This is the worst Wendy’s stay alway if you want to get what you ordered and not have it...
