Papa Gino's — Restaurant in North Adams

Don't know if they had trainees working tonight but it was a disaster from start to finish. They could keep up with most take out orders (though we noticed Door Dash was even kept waiting) but those of us dining in were screwed. We weren't told there'd be an extended wait for our order but soon we heard people coming into the restaurant being told there'd be AN HOUR wait for food. I wish we were afforded that courtesy. After 35 minutes the manager kept giving me excuses.... but when I said give me my money back and we'll go somewhere else he suddenly produced the order. As we waited I warned customers before they even got to the counter to save them from experiencing what we did. Been here MANY times but this is THE WORST SERVICE ever and we won't be returning until they get their stuff together. SHEER...

Excellent pizza establishment I kind of wish they would go back to 1988 or 87 and bring back the final fight arcade everything still tastes the same and I am glad that they are going to stay open I wish the new owners a continued success and if possible the staff that was on Sunday April 7th 2019 they should be kept they should be further and trusted with more duties and respect better pay in my opinion if they don't have it they should insurances and stuff the driver that man was everywhere and he was as back quick I have nothing but positive things to say and I will state if anybody has anything bad to say I will fight you And this is coming from someone that was born in New England moved to Michigan and I visit every now and then to home. First... the website is down. Second... when I call they say the grill is down and he can't make me wings. Last time I checked, wings come from a deep fryer, not a grill. Then he said it possibly could be fixed by the time I want my order. Ok... so third: the order gets delivered: no wings! Idiot driver forgot them. "Oh oops, my oversight. I'll be back in a little while" 45 minutes later, still no wings. Called and the manager was like "oh sorry... I take fault for that. I threw them out when I saw them still sitting there & we had to remake them" no I don't want them almost an hour after dinner! Ok I'll credit your account. Then gave me every excuse in the book. Then he hung up on me ! Smh!...
