Tunnel City Coffee — Restaurant in North Adams

So I was not impressed by the service that I received at this tunnel city coffee. My girlfriend and I went on a coffee run for the doctors and nurses of the BMC emergency room in North Adams. On Oct. 26 2020 at 2 o'clock when the order was placed they accidentally put medium coffees instead of larges into the system which is fine mistakes happen but when we told them that we wanted larges they just shrugged it off. Now everyone who ordered now has to get through the rest of the day with less coffee than they were expecting. While it's not a huge deal it's bad customer service and we would have paid the difference, that was no object. Overall poor experience and I won't recommend this place to the patrons of Hotel on North (my place of business) until someone reaches out to speak with me...

Way up north, about 150 miles north of NYC, deep in the Berkshires of Mass, is a small town of North Adams. Today, this historic old town is home to two landmarks dear to me: The Porches, an upscale hotel, and a gem of a contemporary art venue...MassMoCa.

And right there, on the campus of MassMoCa sits Tunnrel City Coffee, a comfortable coffee shop serving an outstanding cup of their roasted coffee.

So... if you are every rolling through the Berkshires and find yourself near North Adams, do make a special trip to MassMoCa and grab a couple of cups of outstanding coffee at Tunnel City.

Oh, Tunnel City sells their fresh roasted beans by the bag, so one can buy a couple of bags of coffee beans to enjoy back home.

I would just out right hate this place... However, I will never get to know tunnel city coffee because after living in North Adams since December 3, 2022 I have yet to find Tunnel City Coffee, w/ the help of google maps mind you, As This Place Does Not Have One Sign, Window Decoration or Writing On The Side Of A Building.... In an "Arts Town"; call North Adams what you will but the only art I've actually seen my five year old could've done a better job of putting together; coffee shouldn't be this...
