So I was not impressed by the service that I received at this tunnel city coffee. My girlfriend and I went on a coffee run for the doctors and nurses of the BMC emergency room in North Adams. On Oct. 26 2020 at 2 o'clock when the order was placed they accidentally put medium coffees instead of larges into the system which is fine mistakes happen but when we told them that we wanted larges they just shrugged it off. Now everyone who ordered now has to get through the rest of the day with less coffee than they were expecting.
