It’s truly a shame that I have to leave a poorly rated review because I was hopeful I could trust The Repair Square. I brought my phone in to be fixed and I essentially paid $200 to leave with an unfixed, still broken phone. My phone screen goes completely black and is fully unusable 90% of the time which is a shame when I paid $200 with the full intention of leaving with a working phone. It seems like I was almost scammed because I was never once told this would happen and it seems like the only solution is to pay another $200 to fix the issue.
