Our recent visit to Subway was disappointing, primarily due to the staff's attitude and service.
The first issue arose when my children, aged 7 and 9, were curiously looking at the toppings. Being aware of hygiene, I had already cautioned them not to touch the glass. Despite this, a staff member sternly warned them not to touch the glass, citing that it had just been cleaned. While we appreciate the emphasis on cleanliness, the manner in which this was communicated felt unnecessarily harsh.
It was only after this interaction that I noticed extra lids cluttering the toppings area, making it difficult to see the available choices. When I pointed this out, the same staff member reacted poorly. She removed the lids with force and rudely told me that I was being rude. This response was both surprising and unwelcome, leaving us feeling uncomfortable and judged.
Throughout our visit, there seemed to be an undercurrent of judgment and possible racial profiling, which added to our unease. While the quality of the food and the variety of toppings were up to Subway's usual standards, the negative experience with the staff member significantly impacted our overall experience.
In conclusion, while Subway usually offers a good range of fresh toppings and sandwiches, our visit was marred by poor customer service and a feeling of being unfairly treated. Respectful and courteous treatment of all customers is crucial, and we hope to see improvements in this area...

Between the rotten attitude employees that work there especially the little tattooed kid who looks like he's high 24-7 with a crappy attitude and all the issues they've had with the board of health ....beware! And yes they have been on notice publicly several times for sanitation issues and that their meats are not being stored at the proper temperatures. We got sick there and looked into these facts and needless to say we don't go there anymore. Back to the customer service...the employees are very seldom nice or even decent...very cold and rude! Arguing with a customer as to how they want something is not good business and maybe a smile once in awhile would be a good start. If I were the owner here I'd start with getting rid of the cancer that's robbing you of business. Unless you enjoy losing good customers due to poor quality food...
Read moreI needed enough sandwiches for approximately 20-25 people. It was a last-minute order. The Other Sandwich Chain in Town told me it would be at least three hours. I called this Subway who kindly explained they could prepare two platters for me and offered some suggestions of the variety they could include. I left it mostly up to them. They had these ready in approximately 40 minutes! Each sandwich was expertly crafted and arranged in a clear platter, with every one clearly labeled. An array of condiment cups and cutlery sets were also provided. The presentation was beautiful and everything was fresh and delicious. They really took great pride in this...
