Dunkin' — Restaurant in North Brunswick Township

I went for a quick stop. I wanted something different. I need to ween myself off of coffee and sugar. I ordered a chai tea- customer service girl asked if I wanted the latte... I said Oh, no no cream/milk for me. So she suggested a vanilla spice-- I'm like; that sounds nice. Gimme that in an Extra large. I asked for lots of honey. I was offered to have them put the honey in for me. I said sure--less work for me to do. When I got my cup order #2563 at 8:34:33AM I'm like where's the honey??? She said it's in there. I'm like let me go over here and taste it before I leave because I just had a terrible coffee experience at the Clark DD last week. I tasted that beverage and was instantly in heaven. I said OMG this is soooooo goood!! It's PERFECT!! North Brunswick has redeemed the DD brand in my book. So friggin' happy. A good cup of coffee or tea can really make or break your morning if you let it!...

I'm not sure if this place change owners but all I know is I used to come here a few years ago almost every day because the management was so awesome and they always knew my order and they always had my garlic bagel in stock which most Dunkin' donuts don't always have in stock. Now I go there. They have half the amount of bagels that they used to carry. They don't have the one that I always ordered anymore the selection of stuff is just limited all together and the prices are ridiculous. Starbucks is actually cheaper than Dunkin' donuts. When it comes to many of their drinks, I would take Starbucks over Dunkin' donuts any day of the week. I only came here recently because I got to gift cards for Christmas for Dunkin' donuts and obviously I was there only to use it as I would never spend my actual money...

I didn't even get a chance to order my refresher before an employee mopped the floor in front of me without having the kindness to allow me to make my order before she slings the mop around without me slipping while ordering. She was rude and speechless when asked what am I supposed to do walk on the wt floor to order during lunch??? I work food over 30 years and there isn't supposed to be a dirty mop being sling around the patrons and or dinning area. Customer service here doesn't exist at all with all 4 employers on this day. They even allowed what seemingly appeared to be a visually impaired citizen walk on the wet floor I just warned him about. Good luck here. There better D&Ds around the corner even down the street persay. Just don't go here until...
