If I could give a 0 I would, on August 14th at 8:43 I went in with my sister to get orange carrot juice. There were two crew members, one Indian and the other woman was heavy set, wearing glasses and a hat. The woman with the glasses approached us and we asked for three 4 fresh juices to be made, she straight away said we have cleaned the machines and cannot make anymore juices. We looked at the time and asked you guys still have 15 minutes to close and said we start cleaning before the store closing. We were disappointed and looked at each other and left. As we were leaving the woman with the glasses started talking to this Indian worker and both had a very poor attitude with a smirk. Extremely bad customer service, I would never want to come to this location. Coach and trained them in customer service, you should be embarrassed. First an last time going! I got a drink and a bag of chips and the chips had no price. I was rang up and as I go to put my card in the machine I realized the small bag of chips was 2.99. I informed the worker to please remove the bag of chips. She told me she could not do that. I said but I was not aware that the chips were that expensive due to no signs. I asked if she can just cancel the order. I have the money but refused to pay that much for a fun sized bag of chips. She said no manager was there to approve. Jamba Juice was once the best smoothie place but not anymore. Jamba Juice was started in Whole Foods market years ago . So I was a original customer , First of all this location in North Brunswick used to be good now it's not . The ingredients taste cheap and the Quality is not the same. Also there prices are getting to high . They also down sized the cups. I absolutely love smoothies so you cant trick me , I notice everything. I will probably be going to McDonald's they have $2 and $3 smoothies which are the same size as Jamba juice which charge $7.50 .
