If I could give 0 stars I would and this is all because of the staff working there yesterday. I was on my lunch (30 minute break) and stopped to order a quesadilla. I wasn’t aware it was an online order, which the girl working the line advised me to order it. I understood that’s their policy so I proceeded to order it online with no issue. Shortly after the girl working the line went over to the guy that was making the online orders, they both stared at me while talking amongst themselves, and not in the good way, they were obviously annoyed that I wanted a quesadilla. I sat to wait with my coworker. While we were conversing I watched the guy finish preparing my order. So I went up to the register and asked the other girl working the register if that was my order, since it was sitting there and it was the only quesadilla order sitting there I presumed it was mine. The man automatically answered to my question, “what was the time frame you order it for!?” With a terrible attitude..I respectfully responded “for 2:20” it was 2:15 at the time I asked the question. he answer: “well then you have to wait until 2:20 to get your order…at that point I just wanted a refund because that just didn’t make any sense to me. They declined me the refund and told me to call customer service…when I asked for the refund the guy came up and asked the girl what’s the problem and ..gave me the quesadilla. I asked for names and the girl wrote: lily, osma, & mayrelin on a receipt paper while rolling her eyes. Read moreLeaving a critical review is tough but our experience at this Chipotle location is mixed. The food is decent, comparable to any other location.
A lot of the issues come down to staffing and service but that feels unfortunately on-brand for a few of the Chipotle locations I've frequented recently. There's no clear floor manager when there's a meal rush - the staff seem to have to figure things out on their own when there's a long line, pile-up of online orders, and running out on ingredients. Sometimes there are just two people working the line - a cashier and one on food, and at best, there are 3. It seems like they'd best benefit from an average of 3-4 people working the line and one dedicated staff member on online/digital orders. Understandably, the staff sometimes feel irritable or overwhelmed, which I've seen led to some tense exchanges with customers.
The space itself is fine - not always cleaned up well but, having sat in there for a while a couple of times, it seems like it falls to the line staff to get a break in fulfilling food orders before they can hit the dining area to clean or restock.
Outside of that, I really liked the recent limited-time brisket option and their organic drinks, especially the orange and berry ones, are especially good. Also, the kids quesadilla option is excellent for children - a quesadilla on a small tortilla and 2 sides with a drink and chips/orange for $5+tax...

The lines are always long as they never have enough people on the line! They also move extremely slow, like they don’t care how long they take or what you have to do.
They constantly run out of EVERYTHING!!! No matter what time of the day it is. On more than one occasion they’ll allow you to wait in a long line for about 20 minutes & when you get all the way to the front they tell you all the items they are out of… which are basic items that the store should have! I could see If it was towards the end of closing, but in many times it’s in the middle of the day…, today me along with a line full of people had to wait about 15-20 minutes because they ran out of chicken and steak…. The whole time there they didn’t make any announcements to let the other clients know smh.
The manager was not managing at all. She was cooking the meat and rolling her eyes at us because we were waiting. The other staff were online the back.. Not sure what they were doing. Also the two workers to the left making you go orders were literally cursing.
