I guess I’m just upset about the customer service. I went at 8 o’clock, an hour before closing to pick up a brownie for my pregnant wife. There was a car in the drive-through parked so nobody could use it And when I knocked on the door The workers were working and nobody acknowledged me. So I took my car and went the opposite direction in the drive-through to see what was going on and the girl yelled at me saying They were closed and what I was doing was not OK. There was no sign explaining. Also, online and on the front door they said they were still open. I was also there with other people in the parking lot who also did not know what was going on. A lot of lost revenue at the time. I don’t know what to do with this information but that’s what happened. I guess Starbucks is there for convenience and sometimes it’s less convenient than others. They are usually pretty good and people can have an off day, but I’m not gonna lie, this one...
Read moreThis store is in a not so great location in a very busy part of North Canton. Getting in and out is extremely challenging depending on when you go. The parking lot is designed in such a way that parking is next to impossible if the drive thru is busy. And if the garbage truck decided to show up you'll be waiting 5 minutes for it to do it's work.
That said, the staff is extremely nice here however they're severely under-staffed. The dining room randomly opens and closes, and sometimes they don't have cashiers and "require mobile order or drive thru". Can be quite frustrating if you prefer to order in person.
Food and drink wise you can't really go wrong. I usually grab a nitro cold brew and some egg whites. Both are delicious and worth your time. A bit expensive however.

We ordered 3 iced drinks- get to the window and they hand us a hot caramel machiatto- so I let them know it was supposed to be iced. The girl responds “then you need to say iced” then proceeds to turn to her coworker and start complaining and saying I didn’t order my drink correctly and she’s hard of hearing but that I didn’t say it so she shouldn’t make it because it’s my fault????? I come every morning and order the exact same thing every time... I know to say iced? I wasn’t even upset they made it hot rather than iced, we were willing to just take it hot and leave but the fact they talked bad about me in front of other customers while I’m in the drive thru!!
