First-time customer, and I thought the pizza was pretty good. I ordered a small pizza with extra cheese, pepperoni, and fresh tomatoes... and a house salad. First, I am GLAD I got the small instead of the individual size — not sure the individual sized would have been enough because the small was pretty small. However, I will say that it had great flavor! Salad was great and their French dressing is tasty. The salad was perfectly sized and fresh.
I have three criticisms... 1). I got no utensils so if the hotel wouldn’t have had some, I’m not sure how I would have eaten my salad. 2). No napkins 3). Not enough salad dressing! I barely had enough to eat half of my salad, and I don’t think I like a little salad with my dressing!! I think I am a have a little dressing with my salad kind of guy! One more salad dressing wouldn’t have broke the bank or profit margins, but I would have gladly paid another $1 for a second dressing!!

We ordered a large with 3 toppings: pepperoni, mushrooms and onions. There were 3 pieces that looked to have pretty large pieces of onion. Sure enough I bit in, it wasn’t a soft piece if onion, it was a stem or leaf from the top of the onion. It was like having a piece of balsam wood or popsickle stick in my mouth. there were 3 of these inedible stems or leaves all together. Read moreOrdered take out today Friday 7/21 and was told it would be ready in the usual 25-30 minutes. I arrived in 30 but they were very far behind and my order wasn't ready for another 20. The girl at the register and the boy assisting her did not apologize for my long wait or thanked me for my business. I offered a couple quick suggestions for improvement but as met with indifference. Thankfully the food was very good. After I left I wondered if they knew of the founder Joe DiPietro and his word which was "You treat people the way you want to be treated and you do what's right."
