Iâm absolutely obsessed with 7 brew, i used to drive 20 min 5 days a week to go to the massillon one and ive came here almost everyday since they opened! the atmosphere is amazing and everyone is always so sweet! they are fast at getting drinks out even when theyâre wrapped. Iâve gotten close with a lot of the crew members since iâm always there, Lexi, Greta, Lindsay, Richard, Steph and Andresia know my order as soon as i pull up, it makes me feel super welcomed! theyâre the sweetest people! Iâve gotten everyone i know hooked itâs definitely worth a try!! Ignore the negative reviews, a lot of the complaints were that 1. they messed up their order which definitely does happen but iâve maybe visited 7 brew a 100 times sometimes twice a day and theyâve never gotten any of my drinks wrong, if theyâve came 2-3 and got their drink messed up everytime it mustâve just been a picky person or they didnât order it right. 2nd the music being too loud, i honestly find it making the atmosphere better and more upbeat than anything. You see the crew members vibing to the music, making the drinks faster when itâs on and just overall having a good time while at work, every location is like this, if you donât like it put your window up lol. and 3. the crew members not being friendly, that is completely false, everyone working always has such a good attitude, asks how your day has been, if you have any plans, etc. very friendly welcoming people and they honestly couldnât have picked a better crew for north canton! theyâre so helpful when you want to try something new and will help you figure out what you want to try! You can tell everyone is close there and love working together which makes the experience so much better bc everyone is actually happy to be at work which you donât find at a lot of places! Also the prices arenât that expensive $5-$6 for a coffee, $7 for a large energy ESPECIALLY when you go down the street to starbucks and pay $9 for a trenta and 7 brews large is bigger than that! itâs so worth the price over knowing everytime you go itâs gonna be a good drink unlike...
   Read moreI tried this location twice, and on different days. Both times were terrible.
First, for a coffee chain that says itâs all about its people and the atmosphere they create, they have really missed the mark. The staff at this location, which is new to the area, never asked âhave you been here before?â, or anything similar. They werenât personable, talkative, or friendly.
Since this month is their grand opening, this is typically when service is at its best because they know the processes might be new to the staff and thus be slower, and there might be more mistakes, and they want to make a great impression on the community.
Clearly, management missed that memo. The average teenager at your local grocery store gives more friendly customer service than this store. (And thatâs a low bar.)
Secondly, the drinks were bad. I can make better coffee at home using a $26 coffee maker, and a bag of store brand coffee. Both times I ordered flavored coffees, one iced, one hot, with some kind of dairy creamer. Both times, the flavor was completely non existent, and the creamer was nearly non existent. For context, because taste is subjective, I typically order my Starbucks with fewer than normal pumps of flavor, and like my dairy on the lighter side.
The price for a large vanilla latte was just under $6, meaning that for $1 more I could go to Starbucks, get better service, better coffee, and frankly better value because they have a rewards program that 7brew does not have.

   Read moreI went to 7Brew on Sept 4 and ordered the seasonal salted caramel pumpkin coffee iced. Iâve been to other 7Brew locations before and know the drinks run sweet, but this one was flat-out trifling. It tasted like plain espresso with cream, no pumpkin, no no salted, no caramel. Even had my friend take a sip to make sure I wasnât tripping. The drink was nothing like what was advertised. I drove back through and politely asked if I could exchange it. The girl at the window said âyea no problemâ and I even handed her my original drink so there was no confusion. She walked inside and never came back. Instead, I hear someone inside raise they voice saying, âwe donât do that hereâ. Then another worker comes out telling me if I want a remake, Iâd have to pay again. I explained I was just promised an exchange, but she shrugged it off. When I refused to pay again, she walked off. So now 7Brew has my money AND my drink, and I left with nothing. Looking at other reviews, this isnât new, people constantly mention tasteless, sloppy drinks. Itâs clear the staff either doesnât know the menu or just doesnât care. Management seriously needs to check the schedule for who worked Thursday night, because that crew was not following policy, not making drinks correctly, and handled the whole situation unprofessionally.
