Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in North Canton

Worst Chipotle experience of my life.

To start my complaint, my girlfriend and I walked through the door at 8:30. The trash was overflowing out of the trash cans. Once we got up to the line the workers told us that they will be with us in just a moment. We sat there for a couple of minutes while the 2 young ladies finished there conversation and then served us. My girlfriend got a bowl and a tortilla on the side. Once Victoria cooked her tortilla she wrapped it all up in a roll then balled it up on the bottom. Stopped what she was doing and got a sharpie to write on it. She walked up to us and said look it’s an eggplant or whatever, okay no big deal as long as it’s usable. Once she made the bowl she packed the bottom of the bowl with rice so hard you couldn’t brake it up. Everything else with the bowl was okay. When she went to unwrap her burrito it tore into pieces because of how it was wrapped making it unbeatable. Which we didn’t care we were just extremely hungry. Now getting started on my bowl. I got the same thing as her. Bowl and burrito on side. Victoria did the same thing with my tortilla, I stoped her before she could wrap it and told her to please just fold mine in half. She looked at me ignored me and continued to wrap it in a roll. Making it uneatable. I asked for double chicken and steak. Got that asked for light veggies and caso. She didn’t add caso and I didn’t feel like repeating myself over and over. Next I asked for pico. She told me they where all out of pico and weren’t making anymore. Which is false because I looked at the online line and saw it sitting in the bin. Everything else I ordered was correct other than the portion on spicy salsa. This bowl was absolutely disgusting. I couldn’t even finish half of it which is pretty upsetting because I get chipotle 2-4 times a week in Medina for work. Me and my girlfriend both didn’t eat more than half and we always finish our entire bowl. Now the pros. The drinks silverware and napkins where all full. After we got our condiments we went to sit down. Half the tables had the chairs put up. The available tables where filthy. We had to clean off a area just to eat. Once we where done eating I decided it was a good idea to get the employees names. I walked up to the line and interrupted there conversation and asked for her name. She looked and me and said no why. After asking 3 times for her name she finally gave it to me so I told her it’s for a honest review of your work. She stoped me and said no please don’t and then asked me what I was going to do. I replied have a nice night Veronica. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience here. This is even more upsetting when you’re spending over $30 for a meal. THEY...

I received the free guacamole mode on my rewards app. Went in, ordered a bowl... was there at 1115am approx. Thought I might try the new brisket, nope all out.. except the cook was taking a huge container of it to the take out area. Sorry, you can't have it from there. Ok, I'll just have Steak. As they were also out of chicken!🤦🏻‍♀️🤷‍♀️ then... they put the guacamole on my bowl.. instead of in the cup.. not my fault.. At the register Makenzie or Mikayla wouldn't give it to me FREE because it wasn't in the little cup. 😅😳 Ok... Make my bowl over and put the guacamole in the cup..NOPE!! YOU have to go back to the end of the line and start over... Also stated by somebody else, a guy who came out of the back. I said listen... this could be really easy. Please just make my bowl over with the guacamole on the side. I also ordered the smallest bag of chips. Finally, that's what happened I thanked the poor guy making all the bowls, etc.. w/o help as others were just standing in the back area, doing nothing! This transaction is what is wrong with our society and using social skills. Solve the problem on your own, don't make a big deal out of a mole hill, and get on with your day. This Cashier was obviously upset that I wouldn't go to the back of the line. She easily could've rang up a beef bowl with a side of guacamole and then used my scanned app coupon but she had to pull a BIG STINK about it.. and I was there for 20 minutes holding up the line, because of her incompetent behavior. Learn from your mistakes and move on. I would say this location needs some...

Hot Fire Garbage. I only go here when I cave to the children wanting to go. If I get it delivered, they mess up the order. Last 2 times I dined in and I asked for tables to be cleaned. Nothing happened. So I wiped them off with a napkin since there was rice and such on every table. Trash was over flowing so I let them know at the counter (no guests for the last 20mins) with our bag of trash since theredl was nowhere to put it. A girl behind the counter snatched up the bag and started towards the trash. I told her it's overflowing. Her snide remark with an eye roll and grumpy sigh was "I got it!". She then proceeded to push the trash down and put ours in.... Didn't empty the trash or bring the trays and baskets back that were towering.

The food quality has gone to lowest possible basic standards and those who work there simply do NOT care. I feel nauseated after eating here every time and today was the last straw for me and mine.
