Gentleman greeted us with a very firm “name”!!!? Horrible greeting!! “ I need a name to enter , before we can do anything “!!! Gave him my name, and then he stood there with a blank look on his face, staring at me! I said I’m sorry do I need to answer any more questions before I order my food? The ham and cheese sandwich was excellent. The french fries were served to me and small bits overcooked I’m sure it was because the manager or whatever he was is was in a bad mood.! While waiting for my food, I witnessed a second customer walk to the counter where he was met with name!! He proceeded to tell the customer who stood with the bill in his hand and we do not take hundred dollar bills , here!! A short conversation, The customer ended with now you’re starting to make me angry! The gentleman who was with two coworkers abruptly turnaround and walked out the door! The ham and cheese sandwich was excellent! The bits of french fries that he served me were overcooked and horrible! I will never return to the store or recommend...

This review is going to be one to read. BUYER BEWARE-SAFETY CONCERN: My daughter purchased a sandwich from this location towards the end of january twenty twenty four In which there was a Piece of broken plastic And she bit into it which resulted in a Partially broken front tooth. She contacted the store, franchise owner & Corporate to which NOONE has helped resolve. They pretty much hoped she'd go away and so since they want to play a game, negative reviews will commence EVERYWHERE. How pathetic & irresponsible it is as a business franchise owner & Corporation to not reach out, care or try to resolve this issue. We have dentist bills & a picture of the plastic for proof...still.....crickets. She's called & emailed multiple times & just gets blown off or told this is being sent to Corporate. Yeah right...so I will tell you as a current or future customer don't go back there because you could end up in the same situation as my daughter. Word of mouth is a very powerful thing,...

Gave this store another chance. Worse than my first visit. Severely understaffed on a saturday. Two people working . People were waiting a half hour to an hour for their orders . Went from two stars to one. The one worker was busting his butt but he was overwhelmed.

Food was good. Fries excellent. Poor rating due to service. First time there. Told the cashier this. She said to let me know when I was ready, turned her back towards me and leaned on the counter. She then started small talk with the girl on the grill. While I had some questions did not feel the cashier was receptive to giving any help. After ordering I did not know how their system worked. Saw a woman at the end of the line getting her food. Noticed a sign saying food pick up. Answered my own question. Made my way there. Found the guy running the fry station to be pleasant. Like I said, the food was good. I just don't want to upset them by going in...
