Are you looking to be frustrated? Do you enjoy only receiving half of your order everytime you eat here? Do you enjoy warm drinks with no ice? Do you enjoy unleashing your inner Karen on Google reviews when you’ve had enough? THEN COME ON DOWN TO THIS TACO BELL WHERE ALL OF YOUR DREAMS WILL COME TRUE!! For at least the past TWO years, this location has consistently messed up our orders in the evenings. Whether you order on the app, Doordash, or go through the drive-thru it’s ALWAYS wrong! Do you want re-delivery? Tough luck, the store “doesn’t accept” re-deliveries!! We use the Whipple location now because this one is so terrible, but sadly the app and Doordash automatically selects this location and won’t let you change it. Each time I try to give this place a chance, my reward is anger and frustration. If your order has more than three items, you are guaranteed to have something missing from your bag. BUT WAIT, THERE’S MORE!! If you order between 5pm and 2am, you’ll be missing most of your items AND you aren’t getting ice in your drinks!! I worked in fast food, how hard is it to check the order and ensure the items are correct and in the bag? Well rest assured, it’s impossible at this place and it’ll be a cold day in hell before that happens😃!! Reading the reviews preceding this one is all the proof you need to stay far away from this place. This location made both of my items wrong. When I went in to get it remade the girl on drive thru came over to greet me. There was a customer in front of me getting her order corrected also. The guy (baylon) i think his name was, insisted he made it right so I read over my sticker with the girl and showed her the food and what was wrong and that he didn't even read the sticker. She said "they usually dont" when I told her he really did make it wrong she said she knows. This male employee was so mad he was slamming stuff around. I said yikes hes mad! What's his name? The girl employee told me she doesn't know his name. I said you don't know the names of your coworkers? She said no he got called in early. A nice blonde girl with braids outside on her break is the one who told me his name. Horrendous experience. After hearing they don't even read the orders all the way I second guess ever going back there. Especially since I have dietary restrictions, this location clearly can't be trusted and the employees are aggressive and unstable. Never going back.

I worked there and the managers are lazy and ignorant. They scream over the headset so u can't help the customers. It's unprofessional and ran by a famiky who have no idea what they're doing I was fired for throwing away extremely rotten food and was told to hold ur delicious means items for over 8 hours after they expired and serve them to u the next day Noone cleans the lines splattered in taco food under the line is a giant pile of grease and disgusting crumbles off food one of the gurlls is broke and they didn't bother to even cleam the surface of food and debris. They don't take down the taco towers and wipe them down.
